Applause to the Cupertino Plumbing team for replacing my water heater and furnace combo in an expedite manner.
Danny came over for estimates in the morning. Frank contacted me in the afternoon and told me that he would try to procure the water heater/furnace combo. Next morning, he called, emailed me an estimate and explained the details to me. I consented and the contract was signed on the same day.
Mario came over by himself, replaced and installed the water heater/furnace combo plus all the connecting hoses and pipes inside the closet wall in the balcony. He even skipped lunch till the end of the day as he was eager to finish the job. Kudos to Mario for being congenial, solicitous, and knowledgeable in his trade!

Cupertino plumbing has been very good to me. In the last month, they have installed a new tankless water heater, repla ced faucets, cleaned drains and fixed my garbage disposal. A ll was done well and in short order. Came to know Danny, Frankie, Mario and Brandon and feel confident and safe with each one of them! Highly recommend!

So last year I needed my master bath need to be remodeled because it was falling apart. So I called these guys they are my plumbers. I was so excited that they did remodeling. Well $20 thousand dollars and a year later my new bathroom is falling apart. But they are great plumbers.

I highly recommend Danny, Brandon, and the entire team at Cupertino Plumbing. From the very beginning, Danny was responsive and clear in the work that needed to be done. He took pictures underneath our home and showed us the issues we had going on. Whenever I had any questions, Danny responded in a timely manner and addressed any and all concerns I had. Not only did Danny and Cupertino Plumbing address the piping issues, they also helped with hot water and water pressure. Because of the Cupertino Plumbing team, I have hot water within seconds of turning on any faucet in. my home and the water pressure is amazing. After all the work was done, Danny even stopped by 1 more time for one final look over to make sure everything was okay. I truly feel that Danny, Brandon, and Cupertino Plumbing treated my home as if it were their own. My family has been using Cupertino Plumbing for years and this experience only reinforced why that is the case. I will continue to call them if I have any leaks, water pressure, or hot water concerns and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Very happy with the service that Cupertino Plumbing and Mario provided. Mario arrived on time and was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess my plumbing problem and address the issue right away. He was mindful to the Covid-19 protocols which helped ease any stress I had about having someone inside my home. I would definitely use Cupertino Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I may have.

My tenant has a recurring kitchen sink problem that was backing up periodically. Every time we would call a plumber to do the snaking to clear the clog. However, the pipe has a 90 degree turn at a T-junction and there were some hits-and-misses in getting the snake to turn the right direction, and we were concerned about the condition of the pipe with repeated snaking. With the latest clog, we called in our usual plumber but they were unsuccessful in clearing the cog this time despite two separate attempts. They recommended installing a clean-out and gave us a quote. I wanted to get a second opinion and quote, so I asked around my neighbor and found Cupertino Plumbing. Not only was Cupertino Plumbing able to give us a much better price, the owner Frank and his son Frankie were able to accommodate our request for a meeting on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the job. Frankie actually arrived ahead of schedule and he thoroughly discussed the problem with me and asked the tenant about the history of the problem. We decided to move forward with the job, and Frankie's crew came back the next day in the morning and finished the work as described. Everything went smoothly. They did find a cracked pipe and they replaced it with no additional charge. Also, the clean-out required cutting an opening on the exterior wall, and they took care in minimizing the opening as well as using color-matching caulking to make sure it looks nice from the outside. Great job there!!
Not long after that, we had a toilet problem with water leaking into the bowl, and I was going to do the job myself by replacing the fill valve and flush valve assembly. I texted Frankie about the DIY project and he actually made a few recommendations on what I should do. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be a bit more beyond my DIY skills, since the tank/bowl gasket was in such a deteriorating state that it needed to be replaced, which in turn required the tank and bowl to be separated, but the bolts between them were completely rusted. So, I called Frankie again, and sent him a few pictures of the toilet. He did an assessment based on the pictures, and recommended replacing all the parts including the supply line since the toilet is so old. He gave me a few options with different pricing (including replacing the entire toilet). At the end, we replaced all the hardware but retained the toilet (i.e. the porcelain) itself, and his crew came the next day and finished the job.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the responsiveness and the quality of the work. Now, I have a trusted plumber that I would call upon.

A rare instance of a plumbing company that is organized and acts very professionally. They take your calls promptly, follow-up, make sure to send you the best technician for your problem. Strong recommendation from me!

After previously using this firm with a positive (water heater thermocouple) experience and a friend's recommendation, we called them again to snake a kitchen sink blockage. Their current policy is to give a firm bid for the job, regardless of how long it takes. We ended up with a bill of $350 for a job that took a half hour and travel time from their headquarters 5 minutes away. Management did refund $50 after we challenged the charge. I checked with other licensed plumbers after the job and was quoted $180 for the same job. Probably good work, but you take your chances on actual work time vs. cost.

Mario came out and fixed our slow hot water pressure and dripping shower head. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely use them again anytime we have a plumbing issue

This company has been a nightmare to work with. We used this company to replumb our outgoing pipes. The owner's son came to give an estimate. We had used them before so we trusted their work. The son chewed and spit during the meeting and told me about a customer who was sueing them for messing up her driveway. That should have been a red flag, but I know people can be sue happy. I was never given a walkthrough of what to move and what walls would be opened up. The plumbing job itself has had no issues. The guys cutting under the house cut the power to my dryer. I was told it must be my issue so I called my electrician who pulled out cut and charred wires. The guys cut the wire, but then turned the circuit back on so it was a cut live wire under my house. They knew they did something wrong, yet tried to cover it up. The company then took responsibility. I later found a broken outlet in the wall that was opened in my hallway. My electrician came out again and said it must be cut somewhere because the outlet has some power to it, just not enough to power anything. That led to him finding another outlet we never use that is also having the same issue because they are connected. Numerous phone calls, emails, etc and I can't get much of a response. This company used to be great. They do great work, but they mess things up in the process and won't mention/take responsibility. During this time, my dad's house was crawled during a routine HVAC check and a bunch of ducting had been knocked down around where their pipes had been replumbed. Some of these could have turned into
bigger issues, like a fire (owner says that is dramatic) and the fact that they were not brought to our attention and are being ignored now is also a huge issue. I should have thought it odd that other customers were sueing and the owner's son was discussing this. Beware of them making this a bigger headache and creating new issues in your home.
