Emailed Cumberland Plumbing through their website on a Sunday evening and received an email from John Monday morning. Scheduling a non interference appointment with my daily activities was easy. Chris Nichols called before the scheduled appointment time announcing his estimated time of arrival. Chris Nichols is a Master Plumbing who focuses on servicing customers. His 20 plus years experience was demonstrated in the garbage disposal installation and bathroom tub fixture valve replacement he performed. All work was accomplished within an hour. Chris was pleasant and experienced with plumbing fixtures installed in Sawyer built homes. This was my first service experience with Cumberland Plumbing and they will service any of my future plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier with their service, we had a small pipe break under a loose sink, I called them and within the hour they were in my house on a Saturday afternoon. It took him about 40 minutes to do a permanent fix and also helped my husband secure the sink to the wall. He was fast, polite and very professional. Definitely recommend their services. Built a new home in Kingsland,Ga., needed a under sink garbage disposal, purchased at Lowe's and needed a plumber, clerk explained that they used a plumber with 48 hours to schedule. We had no time to wait, clerk recommended Cumberland Plumbing. Michael from Cumberland came to our home about 2 hours later, very professional. Michael covered his feet like would a surgeon, and proceeded to install our disposal he completed within one hour. This plumber was so polite and really knew his trade.
