It was Sunday. I was about to start a 12 hour a day work week. I needed help and called Cumberland Plumbing. I left a message and a very kind and professional gentleman called back. He arranged for a plumber to come in an hour. I received a heads up call from Michael Green that he was enroute. He arrived, donned foot coverings and proceeded to take care of my issue . He was professional and efficient. Cost was very reasonable. I've got my plumber forever! Thank you Cumberland.

Called and had them install a garbage disposal for us. They came out the same day and performed the work. Other than the new garbage disposal not sounding like a chainsaw if you didn't know they had been there you never would have know anyone had been there. I believe the plumber's name is Mike he worked fast the price was very reasonable and we are extremely excited to have them do more work for us moving forward. Just a few highlights they arrived early, didn't give us any upsell BS and the plumber was fast, efficient, and clean. We are definitely telling our friends about them and what great service they provide. When in this area these are the only folks I'm calling.

Chuck and Mike came out today and installed a new kitchen sink for me. They couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful! I appreciated the awesome job with the sink - it looks great and my husband will tell you that I am one happy customer! Their rates are very reasonable as well. I work in a group home and the company had hired Cumberland Plumbing to work on a clogged toilet. Chuck showed up and was just awesome. He treated my ladies with respect and solved the problem in no time. I told Chuck that my husband and I were looking for a plumber to install a garbage disposal and some other small jobs. I asked if we could request him and he said yes. We called on Monday and he came out the next day. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond the scope of his job. If all the employees are like Chuck, this is one heck of a company.

I couldn't be happier with their service, we had a small pipe break under a loose sink, I called them and within the hour they were in my house on a Saturday afternoon. It took him about 40 minutes to do a permanent fix and also helped my husband secure the sink to the wall. He was fast, polite and very professional. Definitely recommend their services. Built a new home in Kingsland,Ga., needed a under sink garbage disposal, purchased at Lowe's and needed a plumber, clerk explained that they used a plumber with 48 hours to schedule. We had no time to wait, clerk recommended Cumberland Plumbing. Michael from Cumberland came to our home about 2 hours later, very professional. Michael covered his feet like would a surgeon, and proceeded to install our disposal he completed within one hour. This plumber was so polite and really knew his trade. Emailed Cumberland Plumbing through their website on a Sunday evening and received an email from John Monday morning. Scheduling a non interference appointment with my daily activities was easy. Chris Nichols called before the scheduled appointment time announcing his estimated time of arrival. Chris Nichols is a Master Plumbing who focuses on servicing customers. His 20 plus years experience was demonstrated in the garbage disposal installation and bathroom tub fixture valve replacement he performed. All work was accomplished within an hour. Chris was pleasant and experienced with plumbing fixtures installed in Sawyer built homes. This was my first service experience with Cumberland Plumbing and they will service any of my future plumbing needs.
