We chose CTR Plumbing because of the great reviews on Yelp. Erik proved that all the reviews are well deserved! Erik was here on time and even called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from, why the problem occurred, how to fix it and how to prevent any future issues.

Erik was knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. He wrote a comprehensive report and sent it to our insurance company the same evening of service, as promised. He even gave us advice on a new garbage disposal we had purchased and not yet installed. After reading reviews on the product, we are taking Erik's advise and purchasing a stainless steel disposal and returning the other one. We decided that we will have Erik install the disposal because of his reasonable installation price and the excellent warranty he offers on his work.

Eric really impressed me. His knowledge and ability to quickly troubleshoot our issues will make him our go-to plumber for future needs. He not only identified and solved the problems we presented him with, but he offered improvements (that I could do myself or contract with him to complete) that would address other issues that we did not raise to him.

Eric fixed our water pressure issues, replaced water valves for washing machine, identified issues with water heater installation and even pointed out ways to improve our dryer efficiency.

Scheduled an appointment and Erik came out today. He was professional, personable, reasonably priced, and did great work. I had valves that were leaking outside next to the hose which has been an ongoing issue since I purchased this house. The leak recently got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked me through the construction of the set up and showed me that the valve was not actually serving any purpose as it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is now much more simple and most importantly, no longer leaking! While Erik was here, I also had him disconnect a second washing machine I had set up in the garage that was no longer in use.
From the time I called him, he had a very quick response time (called me back within 5 minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the work. I have used other plumbing services in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs I may have!

We had a leaky shower head and some other issues. A previous plumber said it could cost up to $5000 to find and fix a strange odor in the guest bathroom.

We called Eric at CTR and he was wonderful. Very friendly, extremely knowledgable, passionate, affordable and professional.

He was able to fix all our issues for under $400.

I highly recommend Erik's company, CTR plumbing.

The only con is that we can't relocate him to Oregon when we move.

Best plumbing service ever. Thanks for everything, and if we need your services again, we'll definitely be calling you!

Erik is amazing! When we discovered roots in our shower drain our home warranty company stated that they were impossible to remove and it would cost thousands of dollars to redo the plumbing (even under warranty!). In search of a second opinion I called CTR Plumbing and Erik came out that evening to look at the problem and give me a quote. Within 30 minutes he was able to get the drain flowing again, saving us the thousands that the home warranty company claimed we had to spend! Since then he has come out to our home multiple times to fix various issues and has always shown up on time and been honest, friendly, and professional and always takes the time to explain everything he does in a way that is easy to understand.

This last weekend, I noticed it was damp around my water heater. After dealing with the outfit my home warranty company sent me to ( different review) I refused their work and started looking for a good plumber on Yelp. I found CTR Plumbing to be in my area and had high reviews, so I gave them a call. Erik answered, gave me a ball park quote to replace the water heater, and said he could be out within an hour.
Erik was prompt, professional, friendly, and gladly answered any and all questions that I had. We talked over different options, and he explained those options throughly. He came out, assessed the situation, and said there were actually none of the ""extra"" issues the other company said needed to be fixed. He had the water heater replaced within a couple of hours, hauled the old one away, and all for around the same amount the other outfit quoted as ""extra work"".

I was glad to give this locally owned and owner operated company my business, and I highly recommend him.

Really thankful to have found my plumber for life. I used roto rooter at first to help us with a leak in the attic and water softener problems. Roto rooter came in and didn't even know what was the issue, but tried to sell us a water conditioner without solving our problem. Roto rooter also referred us to a shady restoration company that racked up our insurance bill.

After all of that, I decided to look up yelp and found CTR Plumbing and contacted Erik. He knew the issue over the phone, and came out earlier than scheduled and helped us out with the situation. Extremely professional and cares for your situation and laid out exactly what needs to get done.

We've never been through this type of situation and I'm thankful that I found CTR Plumbing and will use them and refer them to anyone with plumbing issues.

CTR Plumbing has the greatest integrity of any company I have ever dealt with. I had a disposal problem on two different occasions. The first occasion I called CTR and they walked me through how to clear the problem over the phone. They COULD have sent out a plumber and charged me a service charge to come out. Additionally they could have told me the same thing after a service charge and a new disposal, but they didn't. For this reason I made sure to call the same reputable CTR a few months later when my disposal was not working. They sent out a plumber and he cleared the problem with no service charge and I didn't have to buy a new disposal. He gave me tips on how to prolong the life of the disposal I have, which is (6 years old) and even looked at a noisy bathroom toilet. He told me what I would need to replace on the toilet and how to do it myself. Total charge from CTR= $0. Now that's outstanding customer service. By the way, I had never heard of CTR before, I don't know anyone who works there, but I do know that are extremely honest! CTR is the only plumber I will call. We all know that's difficult to say about most companies we deal with now days.

One thing that stands out for Erik than other companies, is the knowledge. Not only of how things worked/not worked, but also why.

Professional, friendly and trustworthy. I didn't feel rushed or forced into buying any product or service for something I didn't want, in fact, the more he explained stuff the more I trusted and remembered some other things I thought I needed fixed.

His recommendations helped me get my refrigerator fixed and now it's running perfectly.

I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
