I had a leaking shower drain that was incorrectly repaired by our former home warranty company's contractor. Fortunately I found CTR Plumbing through Yelp and Erik came out the same day to properly fix the problem left by the other guys.
I am really impressed by the level of service and commitment to doing the job right. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I would recommend this company and will rely on Erik any time we need plumbing help in the future.

Eric is a fantastic plumber! We have used him many many times over the years. He has answered the phone at 6 in the morning when our basement sump pump stopped working during a rain storm and was at our house within the hour fixing the problem knee deep in water! He saved our basement from flooding! He has changed out our water heaters, fixed toilet issues and numerous other plumbing issues over the years. He is friendly, reliable, and affordable compared to most companies. If you need someone to talk to he's great at that too! He's a talker! (That last comment is for your kids Eric!) I highly recommend CTR plumbing to anyone.

I had Erik of CTR Plumbing come out to replace the filters of an R/O system I'd had installed by another fairly well known company. While Erik was working on the filters he noticed we only had a line running to the refrigerator, and not one to the sink. He asked why this was, and I told him that it was because the original worker who installed the system seemed very nervous about drilling through my granite, which in turn made me nervous, so we didn't have it done. We'd just lived with the slow filtered water pressure from the dispenser on our fridge. Erik assured me this was an easy fix for someone who knew how to do it, so we had him drill through the granite and install a spigot right there at the faucet. He did a fantastic job, and it's been so wonderful to be able to fill up water bottles, pots, and the dog's bowl at the sink instead of the fridge.

While he worked, Erik was friendly and offered to answer any plumbing questions I had. I mentioned that our water heater had gone out 3 different times in the 5 years we'd lived in the house. Even though it was currently working fine, he offered to take a look at it, and discovered our water softener wasn't grounded correctly, and suggested that might be contributing to the water heater failing. We had him fix this as well, something none of the other plumbers had looked for or noticed before while replacing the broken water heaters.

Erik went above and beyond my expectations. His work was fantastic and I will definitely call him again when we need an honest experienced plumber.

CTR plumbing came to my house around early Feb 2017 in Gilbert, AZ to install pressure regulator, after I learned that the water pressure in my house was very high. I am a new homeowner and I chose CTR plumbing based on the reviews.

I talked to Erick on the phone to schedule an appointment and he was very informative. He gave me a price range of $300-$800, based on my plumbing situation and how difficult the job would be. Based on personal experiences with a price range, I was expecting a bill of somewhere around $500-$700.

After sending some pictures via text messages, Erick gave me a quote of mid $300. Being as pessimistic as I was, I thought that there will be extra fees and the bill would end up around my initial expectation.

Erick showed up, did the job well, finished it quicker than my expectation, and took his time to answer all of my questions. Erick was very friendly and made me feel like I was talking to a long-time friend that really know his stuff, even though that was the first time I met him. I was very satisfied with his work, plus he gave 2 years warranty for both labor & parts. The final price ended up to be the price quote that he told me, without any additional charges. He said he would have told me in advance if there would be anything additional.

A job that had an estimate price of $300-$800 ended up costing me mid-$300. Being a new homeowner, I would already be mentally prepared if he charged me around $500-$700. However, Erick was really honest and not just money hungry like some other plumbers in my past experiences. He finished the job well (I do monitor the water pressure after his work), has reasonable pricing, took his time to answer all my questions, and treat me like a friend. CTR plumbing has earned my trust and my business for my future plumbing needs.

CTR plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater, pressure regulator and hose bib. He showed up on time and was very professional and explained everything that was done. Being a small business his prices were very fair and I saved a lot $ rather going with a big plumbing company. I would recommend CTR plumbing!

I'm out in Florence, and it's kind of a pain to get contractors out here. Once they here Florence it's like cha-ching, additional trip Charge!!

Eric replied to my VM immediately and did not try to jack the price up at all due to where I lived. I had him replace three toilettes, and look at two shower head faucets. The job was done in a timely manner and the cost was about average. I've got him in my 'Trusted contractors' list which I keep on hand though, because when you find a decent electrician, plumber, or anything out here you damn well remember their name!

Left Eric a VM in the morning, and he called and came by on the same day which is pretty impressive! Nothing is worst than a plumber that rushes through his job, but Eric was super chill, professional, very knowledgeable and he not only fixed everything well but also took his time to educate us on some points. Thanks Eric for the help and fun chat, we'll definitely call you again for any issues!

Had a little problem installing a new kitchen faucet. Actually a pretty big problem and had to turn off the water to the house. Called at 8:30 in the evening and left a message. Eric called me right back and made an appointment for the morning. Showed up on time and did an amazing job fixing my mistake. Reasonable fee and a great guy. I highly recommend using CTR Plumbing.

I chose CTR plumbing based on recommendations from a community page. I have had Erik here on 2 occasions to address issues that arose in a home inspection. Erik was very accommodating of my schedule, reliable in notifying me before coming and if he was running late. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
