Really thankful to have found my plumber for life. I used roto rooter at first to help us with a leak in the attic and water softener problems. Roto rooter came in and didn't even know what was the issue, but tried to sell us a water conditioner without solving our problem. Roto rooter also referred us to a shady restoration company that racked up our insurance bill.

After all of that, I decided to look up yelp and found CTR Plumbing and contacted Erik. He knew the issue over the phone, and came out earlier than scheduled and helped us out with the situation. Extremely professional and cares for your situation and laid out exactly what needs to get done.

We've never been through this type of situation and I'm thankful that I found CTR Plumbing and will use them and refer them to anyone with plumbing issues.

CTR Plumbing has the greatest integrity of any company I have ever dealt with. I had a disposal problem on two different occasions. The first occasion I called CTR and they walked me through how to clear the problem over the phone. They COULD have sent out a plumber and charged me a service charge to come out. Additionally they could have told me the same thing after a service charge and a new disposal, but they didn't. For this reason I made sure to call the same reputable CTR a few months later when my disposal was not working. They sent out a plumber and he cleared the problem with no service charge and I didn't have to buy a new disposal. He gave me tips on how to prolong the life of the disposal I have, which is (6 years old) and even looked at a noisy bathroom toilet. He told me what I would need to replace on the toilet and how to do it myself. Total charge from CTR= $0. Now that's outstanding customer service. By the way, I had never heard of CTR before, I don't know anyone who works there, but I do know that are extremely honest! CTR is the only plumber I will call. We all know that's difficult to say about most companies we deal with now days.

One thing that stands out for Erik than other companies, is the knowledge. Not only of how things worked/not worked, but also why.

Professional, friendly and trustworthy. I didn't feel rushed or forced into buying any product or service for something I didn't want, in fact, the more he explained stuff the more I trusted and remembered some other things I thought I needed fixed.

His recommendations helped me get my refrigerator fixed and now it's running perfectly.

I am looking forward to working with him in the future.

I found CTR Plumbing on yelp as I am selling my home and the new buyers asked for a few things. When speaking with Erik he was nice, respectful and seemed to be able to help me out with what I needed. Erik arrived at the scheduled time he said he would which is a plus. When he walked into my home he took off his shoes to complete the task. I was so shocked. He completed both of the jobs I needed and proceeded to leave. 2 days later I had the same problem in the master bathroom. I called Erik back and he said he would come back and check it out. Erik came to my home on memorial day even though that's a holiday. When looking at the job he realized he replaced the wrong spout in a different bathroom. He promptly corrected the issue owned it and apologized. I am a person who understands mistakes happen. But I respect Erik a lot that he owned it and didn't deflect blame. No charge and everything went well. Erik also recommended an a/c company that was great as well. Well be closing on our new home in a couple of weeks and will be giving CTR Plumbing a call with some plumbing issues.

Honest ( a rarity); personable ( a plus); and completely reasonably priced compared to all other plumbing companies in the east valley you will ever find. It's such a rarity to find a reasonably priced plumber that I was in astonishment with the rates that I was quoted initially. I've now used this company 3 times and it's been an exceptional experience EVERY time! Unbelievable to be exact. I am so very grateful for their reasonably priced services.

Great plumber! Fair on pricing, no bait & switch here. He replaced my leaking water heater in our newly purchased home and brought the fittings back into code. Connected our HW recirculation line and fixed a broken valve so it works correctly now. He recognized the problems immediately without a lot of ""teardown"" time to troubleshoot. He is knowledgeable about plumbing and that saves you money and buys you peace of mind. You won't go wrong. On another visit he repaired my leaking water main and offered to fill in the hole with me off the clock. Great service.

Highly recommended!! Erik is very knowledgable and professional. We were not getting hot water in some of our bathroom sinks. Other's told us it was the pipes. Erik was able to find the problem (not the pipes) and resolve the issue. He also installed a circulation pump and replaced a faucet in the back yard. Her was great at a reasonable price.
