Highly recommended!! Erik is very knowledgable and professional. We were not getting hot water in some of our bathroom sinks. Other's told us it was the pipes. Erik was able to find the problem (not the pipes) and resolve the issue. He also installed a circulation pump and replaced a faucet in the back yard. Her was great at a reasonable price.

You HAVE to use this company. I don't say this lightly.

Summary: extraordinary service, goes WELL above and beyond what I would consider any other plumber would do, fair pricing, ridiculously fast response time (less then 2 hours my case). I could not recommend this company more highly.

Experience: Our water heater was not working. He came out promptly and diagnose the problem as having a bad thermostat and a burned out wire and set out on the repair for a reasonable price. Once he started the repair he realized the the wire had fried all the way back behind the insulation and was toast. It was under warranty so he gave us the info on how to get it set up at Home Depot and he would pick it up and only charge for picking up and installation. Very long story but GE's warranty policy lacks customer service. He ended up getting a refund because they no longer carry GE and the refund didn't cover the cost of the equivalent in the brand they now have($100 difference). So, he went to his supplier and got the brand that Home Depot carried, in the professional series, for the cost of our refund. All of this while only charging as close as he could to the original quote. Ridiculous customer service. He shared that he trains plumbers. Rare trifecta. Exemplary service, high expertise, and reasonable pricing. And did I say extremely fast response time. Call this guy!

Wow! Erik is not only a very knowledgeable plumber, he is able to explain in detail exactly the reasons you need to replace parts. Unlike other big name plumbing companies that come to your house and tell you that you need this and that, Erik takes the time to look at all the components and will explain the reasons you need to replace certain things. My husband's ""honey-do"" task of fixing a bathroom faucet become a ""honey-nightmare"" yesterday, as the faucet and valve broke -- and water was spraying all over my house. After finally getting the water turned off, I called our plumber who didn't answer because it was Sunday.

Found this company based on its Yelp reviews and they answered on the third ring! Yay! Erik came over later and knew exactly what the problem was, explained every detail to my husband, and quickly made the repair. Professionalism and service are obviously the pride of this company. I have had so many repair people in my house whom I felt I couldn't trust. Not him. Erik was friendly and respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and affordable! What else would you want?

Later that night, we learned the pilot light on our water heater had gone out when we turned the water off. Erik came back and went the extra mile to fix that too -- for free!

My husband found Eric online became we were having problems with our water filtration system. He called us on Sunday to set up the appointment and was over first thing Monday morning to fix everything. I tried installing my own water heater. Yet another reminder that some things are best left to professionals. The last few plumbers I have used were not great. A quick internet search led me to Erik, and he was able to come out and rescue me from my my near disastrous water heater self-install. Extremely knowledgeable, and the price was very fair. He did some work for me years ago when he worked for another company, also with great results. If your looking for a plumber in the East Valley, Erik is your guy.

We found Erik on Yelp when our kitchen faucet was leaking. Erik fixed the faucet and then went on to repair 5 bathroom faucets. Within a couple of weeks, we hired Erik to install soft water and reverse osmosis systems. We were very pleased with Erik's expertise and skill, as well as the quality of his work and materials. It is clear Erik loves his job and he went out of his way to make sure we loved his work. We've already recommended Erik to our parents (they were very happy with his work as well!) and next door neighbor. We will never call another plumber again - Erik is our guy!
