Our sink had stoppage issue that had led to a trickle of drainage. We tried snaking the drain ourselves and several types of drain cleaners/clog clearers (Baking soda & vinegar, Zep, Liquid Plumr, Drano), but nothing worked. Monday night water stopped flowing and led to complete standing water in the sink, which in turn caused the pipe to leak overnight from pressure. Tuesday morning I called and messaged 17 different plumbers and drain specialists I found on Yelp to try and find someone available to come out that day but those I heard back from either couldn't handle the service request or were booked out till Friday or the following week. Eventually one of the companies that couldn't fulfill clog services gave a referral of CT Drains and Sewer. I called them up and Chris was able to get me on his schedule for later that day. Once he got here he figured out our drain system in the basement, unclogged the pipe, and ensured any leaks were handled all within 30-40 minutes!! Chris was quick, thorough, and even taught us a bit about our pipes! Everything is working and draining beautifully now and it's all thanks to CT Drain and Sewer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
