Working with CT Drains And Sewer Solutions was one of the easiest panicked calls I have ever had to make. Chris was very quick to respond to my initial request and got back to me with a real time estimate for coming out and clearing our storm drain. When every other business I called (and it was a lot of places) only gave vague, we may be able to get to it, answers, CT Drains and Sewer Solutions was a ray of sunshine on our very floody day. Chris was easy to reach throughout the process, always professional, and explained everything in detail- both the action steps he was taking and the cost for those steps. He provided different options and approaches and explained the pros and cons of each. They came out quickly to clear a drain and fixed a leaky drain pipe. Turns out they accidentally put on a new gasket with a burr or wasn't properly sealed, that caused the drain to leak a little. They came back quickly at no charge, fixed the pipe and took ownership of the imperfection. Things can't always go perfectly, so I appreciate a company that more importantly resolves the overall job well if there's an issue.

I haven't written a Yelp review in a while but wanted to give a shout out to these folks for assisting us with with a leaky and clogged kitchen drain as well as a diagnosis for our outdoor drain pipes (which will be hopefully a follow-up visit with these folks). John was our plumber and he was very speedy and informative. Would happily recommend for your plumbing needs.

After receiving a dubious $3000 quote from a rooter company that involved pulling up our floor and excavating down to a clogged drain, Chris came out took a look, and had us back up and running in a couple of hours. The entire job cost the same as the diagnostic fees from the rooter company.
