I am SO impressed with CSR Plumbing. Like: so. impressed. Here's why:

I called (no joke) 3 other plumbers before I came across CSR. Nobody called me back, even after repeat calls. (Was my money not good enough for them? Sheesh.) Well, somehow I stumble across CSR, and I think to myself: they have a credible-looking website and are local, so what the hey, let's give it a try.

Huyen called me back within just a few hours (for my non-emergency projects) and was super nice on the phone. We were able to schedule an in-person quote for a few days later. When the person who does quotes for them was unable to make it that day, Huyen came to my house himself. And, no surprises, he was just as nice, sharp, and sociable in person as he was over the phone. I got my quote from him first thing the next morning.

Once I was ready to schedule my service, same awesome situation as before -- CSR was able to fit me into their schedule a handful of days after giving them the green light.

I've got to hand it to Vincent and Julio who came on-site to do the projects. Just like Huyen, these gentlemen were SO nice and cool! Just like...good people who made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were all clued in on what needed doing, confirmed pricing with me, and got right to work. In just a few hours, I got brand-new hardware on my shower, water to my new fridge, and my drain snaked. It's like they lifted a weight off my shoulders, these guys! I'll be requesting them by name next time for sure.

I thought I had already had a review in for him the 1st time he came to my home but I do not see it here. Julio came to my home twice for different issues. He went above and beyond on both jobs and would not stop until the issue was fixed. He is very professional, friendly and a very hard worker. CSR as a whole is a good company and that's because they hire workers like Julio. Thank you again, Julio.

We just had CSR come out to repair a drain that has not worked in over a year. Their office provided a knowledgeable representative who came out to do the inspection and very reasonable quote. Scheduling was easy. They repair team arrived on time, worked around the tight spaces, and did an excellent job finishing in two hours! Both repairmen Vincent and Julio were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in getting everything done and we're a joy to have working in my house.

I will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing work.

Ray and Vincent helped us out for two jobs. The first Ray and another associate replaced all the lines supplying the toilets, and converted the supply line connectors under the bathroom faucets from shark bites to something more easily controllable in an emergency. The second time Vincent helped replace our p-traps under two bathroom faucets. Work is guaranteed for a year.

After a long discussion about what the work would entail, at the end I was told that they can not do it because their insurance does not cover more than 2-story buildings!
I don't know if that is really true or they just did not like the scope of work, but even that is true, I think they should put that on their website or Yelp page. If that is really true( which is strange since it would eliminate almost all condos from their service!), mentioning it on their website/yelp would save time for both sides.
On the plus side, they were quick to respond so I gave them 2 starts.

Ah, such a relief! The plumbing under my kitchen sinks went haywire and Mike came out, explained the problem and got it fixed in less than half an hour. Mike was super-friendly too. It turns out the original installation under the sink was ""weird"" (my phrase) and not done well. Mike got it done the right way. Now I can wash dishes... but I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing! Anyway, if I ever have plumbing problems again I'm giving CSR a call, and if I can get Mike out here, even better.

I had a couple of basic issues and I'm just not handy. So I googled ""plumbers in Vista, CA."" CSR Plumbing popped up and had a great rating so I gave them a call. They sent someone out the same day. I had no idea that they were located in San Diego and the person drove 45 minutes up to Vista to take a look and quickly determine that it was a simple seal for a brand they don't stock, and gave me all the information I needed to get one at Home Depot and fix myself. He was incredibly nice about the situation and refused to charge me, even though he had driven a long ways to get here and a long drive back. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service and honesty and would highly recommend CSR for your plumbing needs. Thank you.

Was very impressed with CSR plumbing. Had them come out to change all the sinks and shutoff valves in our house as they were old and corroded. Alan and another guy from CSR were super professional, very knowledgeable, and worked fast, while doing a great job. They put a lot of care into their work, sinks were aligned, sealants we're cleanly applied. Then afterwards he walked me through everything they did, things they ran into and resolved, and also gave me great advice on how to maintain everything.

They're also very transparent, I mentioned some things I was concerned about with the plumbing, and Alan was able to explain which ones actually needed fixing and why, and was able to explain clearly which things honestly did not need replacing. Saved me some money and gave me peace of mind. Good to know I can call them back anytime and know I'll get an honest assessment. Pricing seems good too, for the work they do. They also stand behind their work, Alan told me to check all the valves they worked on over the next few days, if anything is leaking they'll come back out to make it right. Haven't needed to call them back yet though, everything works fine.

They also cleaned everything up after they finished, they use mats and towels to ensure no debris gets on your floor. Leaving no mess or packaging or trash. Excellent experience
