My water heater started leaking on a Friday morning before work. I turned off all the water and contacted a few people to see if they had a plumber recommendation. Well my dad recommended CSR plumbing. They were able to fit me in on the same day which was great. They called me to let me know what they were coming and were right on time.

Ray and Alan were the plumbers that replaced my water heater. They were very professional. I sat and watched for the 2 hours they were there, asking questions as they went. They answered each and every one of my questions and even gave me some tips. When they went into my home, they also brought their own booties to put over their shoes. They were awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used CSR plumbing for several service calls to my home in San Diego. They have been extremely courteous and prompt. Their work was excellent and both Raymond and Alan were aiming for perfection in the work. They explained clearly the scope of the work, materials needed etc. so that there were no surpises when the final bill was provided. While mounting our new flatscreen TV on the wall, my husband was having trouble finding the studs to do a proper mount. Measuring was not doing the trick so he kept drilling holes hoping to get lucky. Bad idea. We mounted the TV and shortly thereafter noticed something seeping down the wall directly behind. Water! Somehow he had drilled not one, but two holes in a drain pipe in the wall coming down behind the wall from the upstairs! We checked Yelp and called a few plumbers before finding Huyen at CSR Plumbing. He was courteous and explained everything in detail and said if one of his workers couldn't do the job, he would personally come to take care of it. He squeezed us into his busy day and fixed the damaged pipe quickly and efficiently. Thank you Huyen and CSR Plumbing for your great service! Not only did CSR fix our problem, but we have now found a good reputable plumber that we will continue to use for our plumbing needs going forward. Needless to say, we will also be investing in a stud finder in the future!

CSR Plumbing is hands down the BEST service company that has ever provided a home repair/improvement to my home. CSR is definitely a company that you MUST experience. I have used them twice for two unrelated plumbing problems. - one was a clogged kitchen drain which was caused by a clogged pipe outside of the house. The second was a water pressure regulator that needed replacement. In both instances, CSR responded immediately and came to my house within the day. They are the epitome of professionalism and integrity, are extremely courteous, efficient, reliable, highly responsive and keep the work area as clean and neat as possible. Since I discovered CSR, I no longer ""fear"" a plumbing problem knowing that I have found a reputable company that is honest, dependable and truly cares about going above and beyond to make sure their customers are highly satisfied. Don't hesitate to contact CSR Plumbing if you need reliable plumbing work done. Huyen worked on three projects for us, and he did an excellent job. He was conscientious, very thorough, and he fixed work that had been done incorrectly by a previous plumber. It's never fun to pay for plumbing work, but I think his prices were fair, and in the long run it'll save us money. He's going to be my go-to guy from now on for any future plumbing need. He even went out of his way to educate me on some maintenance issues we were unaware of. To top it off, he helped me adjust something in my new refrigerator that was delivered while he was here when I realized the installers had left without completing something. You can't go wrong with CSR.
