Another amazing job by Alan and Hector! My rental apartment building has old cast iron pipes and I had a main line backup, causing slight flooding in the lower units... well these guys were over right away to take care of my emergency. They went above and beyond by returning the next day to make sure everything was clear. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at CSR! They are upfront about their prices (which are very reasonable) and will only charge you if they are able to solve your problem. They are my plumbers for life.

I thought these guys were just excellent. Mike came out to replace some outdated valves for a washer and dryer and to extend the gas line. He took the time to answer my questions and did a great job. I'll be calling CSR again in the future with any plumbing issues.

Review is based on initial visit. Huyen was awesome. He spent a good amount of time, crawled the entire crawl space, took pictures and notes and gave me some ballpark eatimates right away, with expected time to complete work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

Responsive, and high quality workmanship! These guys are awesome! I bought a old house in Lake San Marcos and wanted to upgrade my bathroom and kitchen. I called a few contractors to bid on the plumbing, CSR stood out as they were the very responsive to my questions and honest with what I needed instead of up-selling me on their services. I ended doing a re-pipe for the entire home, and wow what an awesome job they did. Not only were they the cheapest, Ray, Alan and his team came out and completed entire the job in 1 day for my 2400 sqft house. Wow!! They also found some issues that needed attention and showed me how to repair them as it definitely save me some cash. I was so happy with their work I decided to have them back to install a water filtration for the entire house, Ray had an idea for me purchase a water barrel for the waste water extracted from the filtration as I will be using that for my plants. Who would of thought of that that? Extremely happy with the team! Highly referred!

We just had CSR out to replace our old tankless water heater.

We had actually contacted them a few weeks earlier to start getting estimates but when it suddenly went out I contacted them with an ""oh my gosh, could you help me now"" plea.

Huyen, who had done our initial estimate, called me back immediately and arranged to have it replaced the next day. I could not haven been more relieved.

Alan, Hector and Mike could not have been a better team. From start to finish it was clear they were working hard to get the job done right. They were kind, courteous, professional, efficient, tidy and personable. They answered all of our questions, ensured everyone was working properly before we left, and returned our back yard to it's original condition.

We need to have some plumbing work done in a different area of our house soon, and we'll absolutely have them back.

Alan came out to do a pull and reset due to a clog in my toilet which was caused by me dropping a metal rod from my toilet paper holder. I would say the highlight was not that he fixed the issue, but the level of service he provided. I knew nothing about plumbing and Alan was willing to answer any question I asked of him and walked me through the work he was doing. I offered to tip him for his excellent service and instead he asked that I leave an honest review on yelp of my experience and anything that he can improve on. Honestly, it was nothing short of excellent and made my first plumbing experience very pleasant and educational. There's nothing different that he needs to do and the next time I have any issues with plumbing I won't hesitate to call CSR Plumbing.

We used CSR on two occasions in a span of less than 2 weeks and I have nothing but good things to say. First, Mike capped off some old plumbing in our master bathroom shower. He also provided some suggestions on how to close off the old drain myself to save me some money which I really appreciated. Owner Huyen promptly communicated with me and quoted me a price via text message based on the photos I sent him, but when Mike saw the scope of the work in person, he actually reduced the final price. Second, Ray fixed our leaking guest bathroom shower by replacing the cartridge. He found that the previous plumber I hired (Anderson Plumbing sucks) installed the shower valve upside down. I also mentioned my interest in a water filtration system so Ray gave me a quick estimate and we discussed where it could be installed and the scope of the work required. Overall, Mike and Ray were great and I would definitely recommend CSR. I hope Huyen treats you guys to a nice, expensive lunch :-)

CSR Plumbing is a great choice of plumber and a great company overall. They are punctual, professional, (booties over boots before entering, pleasant and helpful attitude with a smile) and honest, never trying to perform unnecessary service just to get more money. Ray, one of the team who has been to my house for a couple different incidents now (my house has some old pipes), is particularly great. He remembered being here before, remembering our names and the prior issue, which gave it a personal and friendly touch. He even showed me a couple little tricks I can do myself for minor issues. It's defintely a class operation, and I fully recommend them to anyone in need of some plumbing work.
