My dad and I are super happy and pleased with the job Mike did replacing a corroded copper pipe. Mike is very nice, knowledgeable and skillful. He did the job carefully and was very neat and clean. I noticed how careful he was to clean the cabinet floor of any tiny bits of debris.
He was also able to do another small task my dad needed done. It was great he could take the time to do the extra task even though he was not scheduled to do it.

I never leave Yelp reviews unless the service was remarkable and worth mentioning. This company was reliable and trustworthy. I didn't feel like I was being upsold or pressured to get things fixed. He was honest on what needed to be fixed whereas other plumbers made it sound like it was urgent need to be repaired. The workmanship was excellent. You can tell they take pride in their work. They were reasonably priced from other plumbers.

I based my decision to go with CSR to replace our water solely on the abundance of positive Yelp reviews. My experience was completely in line with all the others. Ray was prompt and walked me through options without any hardline sales pitches. I ultimately opted not to upgrade to a tankless based on our conversations. Alan and his colleague showed up on time and were very pleasant and thorough. I was checking in regularly and he was always willing to stop what he was doing to answer any of my questions. Very pleased with the operation, through and through.

We have had longstanding issues with roots getting into the pipes on our property. The house was built in 1960 and had lots of old pipe. CSR came out and put a liner in that is supposed to keep roots out, and everything has been working like a dream since. I used to have to call someone to snake my pipes every few months or so. They were responsive and transparent about the services and the cost. Would hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone!

Had some issues with water pressure in our facets, Vince came out and found the issue. They're more concerned with fixing the problems than trying to up charge you. Would definitely recommend for any of your plumbing issues! A+ service!
