What a great experience! I had 3 pretty major problems and called these guys and had a truck at my house an hour and a half later. Vincent and Alan were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My first problem was the hardware under my sink had broken and Alan looked at it for about 30 seconds and said, ""I can fix this is one minute. If this is the only problem I won't even charge you for it!"" Wow! Unfortunately for me, I wasn't my only problem, but he fixed it very fast and moved on to my drains. While he worked on my drains Vincent walked around with me to trouble shoot why my water bill was so high and found a leaky sprinkler- and fixed it. So overall I had my 3 problems fixed, it took about an hour and was about $100. I will definitely use these guys again if I have any plumbing issues and recommend them highly in the meantime :)

I have a regular independent plumber who's worked on my condominium for several years. When we sprung a leak into the garage from a tub drain, though, because of the odd back to back tub construction of our bathrooms he told me we'd have to cut through or replace one of the tubs to fix the leak. Since it would be thousands of dollars in repairs, I called CSR Plumbing for a second opinion. They hold the plumbing contract with my HOA and were able to schedule someone to stop by in a couple days when they'd already be on site in the complex.

Long story short, Alan and Vincent made my day! I was expecting them between 8-9am, and at 8am they called to give me a heads up that they would be arriving soon. When they saw the issue, they confirmed that if things got complicated, the tub might have to come out, but if the old fixture came out smoothly they might be able to simply replace it. We got lucky, and Alan had the old broken one out and new one in place in no time! He ran the water for several minutes and checked downstairs to confirm the leak was gone. They were a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and effective team. I'll be happy to call CSR again in the future.

This is a review of actual work done by CSR Plumbing. My apartment complex maintenance dept. hired CSR Plumbing to replace a pipe in the wall which entailed welding and chiseling some of the wall opening. They also replaced the entire shower faucet unit. It works like a charm, and looks great. No damage, only improvement. Alex the plumber and his team were so efficient and professional. Plus, what an added bonus and delight at how clean they left my bathroom. Very impressed with the work they did.

I have an older home built in 1957, and it never had a sewer main clean out that was accessible from the ground floor. Every time we had a sewer problem, we had to have someone snake it from the roof. I was looking for a plumber with experience that would be reasonably priced, and I was so glad to find CSR Plumbing! I spoke to the owner, Huyen, and he was very responsive and sent a plumber out the same day for an estimate. Alex walked me step by step through what was needed to install the new clean out, and was able to do the job the very next day! I am so happy with the results, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for whatever you need done. CSR Plumbing is not only reasonably priced, but their up front pricing doesn't leave you guessing if you'll be up charged down the road. Thanks again, guys! I'll definitely be calling again!

I was also impressed by the good yelp reviews and tried CSR Plumbing. To be honest, REALLY DISAPPOINTED. They charged a lot but only made the situation worse.

I contacted CSR via Yelp and the owner replied promptly and had someone called and scheduled appointment quickly. My schedule is around 10-12 and Mike showed up at 11:15am, with 20 minutes heads up call. He came with everything, checked out my bathroom leak and provided quotes and explanation for service to be done. Toilet and toilet flange was replaced for $300. He cleaned up everything after work is done, about 1.5 hours, always cover his shoes while walking inside my house. Labor and parts are 1 year warranty. I am happy with the work done. I wished he would show me how the new parts are installed to fix the issue before putting back the toilet.

Can't say enough good things about this company, from first contact to installation of new disposal (at a very reasonable price) ... they are courteous, prompt, and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed with this company. I needed my shower unclogged. The water was slowly draining. Two guys came and snaked my drain over and over. The first few times they pulled a few roots but after continuously snaking the drain they kept pulling more and more roots. Then, I heard one of the guys say ""we made it worse"". Now the water does not drain at all. I

I was not charged for the service, so there is no invoice. The guy said since they were not able to fix the problem, they will not charge me.

Do yourself a favor and stop right here! You don't need to search any further. CSR is the best plumber in San Diego. Super nice, caring, quality work and affordable!
