UPDATE: I'm changing my rating and updating my review. Around 4pm I was contacted by Ray who was very apologetic and professional. He said there was some ""glitch"" in their system and my appointment was mysteriously the only one that got dropped off the schedule. He wanted to make things right and offered to come by after his current job and fix the problem. He agreed with my assessment of the problem and after a quick trip out to his truck returned with the part and had problem fixed in 30 minutes. Correcting the miscommunication/scheduling problem seemed very important to him and he was extremely apologetic and he did an excellent job redeeming the mistake. Based on Ray's apology and professionalism, we will call CSR for any future plumbing needs.

Don't waste your time like I did calling these losers. I created a yelp account just because this place wasted MY time and I'm pissed. Its surprising to see so many good reviews and no bad ones for CSR, that's why I picked them.... MISTAKE. My landlady called to make the appointment, which was supposed to be TODAY between 10-12. During the call the guy asked for my contact info also and I made sure he had the correct address and verified the time. Anyway, nobody showed up or called and we sat around like fools waiting for them. I tried calling, but voicemail box was full and no way to get thru.

CSR is excellent, I need to do the sewer scan before I put concrete on my front yard, I also may need to install the double sweep sewer clean out. The owner of CSR shows up early in the morning 7:40am before my concrete guys came, very on time ! he spent an hour on scanning the sewer line and said my sewer line looks great and do not need the double sweep clean out right away. he also pointed out where I should install the double sweep clean out in the future and leave that area without concrete . CSR is very honest and never try to sell you sth you do not need. He pointed i may need to replace my blue water pipe with copper. the price is reasonable and service is excellent! 5 star indeed !!!!

You know how just one thing will drive you insane, and it really isn't a big thing, just annoying. That was the situation with our kitchen faucet, it just looked out of place. Everything else matched, but the faucet, everyday it would haunt me. One day, on a whim, I called a plumbing company to ask for an estimate. He laughed and said he could take a look later the same day. He looked at the faucet, commiserated with me about how it didn't fit in, and told me what exactly to buy. I called with the replacement and he wiggled me in between appointments. I'm so much more happy, stupid faucet.

These guys did a professional job for us, addressing 4 issues around the home including a busted pressure regulator, adding in a thermal expansion unit, and relocating an outdoor faucet.

From start to finish they were motivated, courteous and helpful. When I had what was truly a minor issue with some of the work, they dropped everything to come back out and correct the situation.

I couldn't be more happy with the team at CSR.

Best contractors I have ever met. I work on elevators for a living. I see a lot of different contractors everyday. I know what to look for when choosing someone to work on my home. These people are the best at what they do. No project is going to go perfectly when renovating a 30 year old home but they dealt with the challenges professionally and made sure that the finish product was exactly what I wanted. I even bought the wrong drain for my shower and instead of them putting it in he sent someone to get the right one. He didn't charge me extra and refused to take extra even though it was my mistake. Whenever someone mentions plumbing I tell them CSR is the only one they should consider

Thought something was wrong with my disposal. Turns out there was just a small piece of plastic stuck inside and I could use some tablet freshners. Both staff persons were extremely nice and helpful despite the dud of a house call. In addition to great customer service I appreciated not having to pay a diagnostic fee, especially since nothing was wrong. Will be calling if I have any future plumbing issues!

Plumbing issues are usually sucha nightmare but I was so relieved when Mike showed up and swiftly addressed the issue. Mike was informative, competent and very skilled. It was definitely the best experience I've had! He has even pointed out potential issues I may experience from the pipe which had some early corrosion and provided up front estimate in less than 2minutes just by looking at his iPad! Definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!

I had a clogged main line at my house. I didn't have a snake long enough to take care of the problem, so I called CSR Plumbing. I've dealt with them before and it was a good experience. I like how they do business. i'm an inquisitive guy by nature, so when they take the time to detail what exactly is happening and how to fix the problem, it really put my mind at ease. Too many times I deal with snake oil salesmen and it's refreshing to do business with honest hard working folks. Ray was the technician that fixed my line. Apparently a tree's roots had caused significant damage to my main pipe. He used this cool camera thingie to both diagnose and confirm the clog was completely removed after he had finished the job. He was very thorough, professional and informative. i highly recommend this outfit to anybody that appreciates good service. Once again CSR, you saved the day :)

Today I was having a serious problem with my bathtub. After I took a shower the water would not go down. And for some reason when I would use the sink, the water would come up in the bathtub making it even more clogged. I needed professional help for this. I called the nearest plumbing company, to get a consultation and hopefully get the job done at a cheap rate. The next morning a plumber named Gary came to my house to aid me with the draining problem. This guy was a complete amateur at his job, I think my college buddies could do a better job than this. The whole time he was here, he was just pouring random chemicals into the drain. The Chemicals were not doing anything but making the clogging worse. I really don't know how this guy got his job. Everything he was doing was just unacceptable. I just told him that I would call someone else to fix my pipes. I never thought I would witness any kind of terrible service like this. I don't know whether to report him to the company or not. I am sure that not all the plumbers at this company are like this. I at least hope so for their sake.
