CSA has been my go to for the past 5 years, they deliver high quality plumbing work. They have assisted all my plumbing related needs; from simply installing my new tub to fixing minor leaks. If you are ever in need of a plumber at an affordable price that will deliver good quality work, there's no better plumber I would recommend but CSA !

CSA the was the assigned plumbing company from First American Home Warranty. CSA was the 5th company assigned to my claim for a simple valve replacement for two showers. The plumber that was sent out was very nice, but not capable of fixing basically anything. He told me that one of the shower heads was not leaking, (which it has been for 4 years) and that the other shower faucets needed a new shower valve. CSA reported the condition of the faucets to FAHW, but refused to come back to fix the problem. When I called CSA to find out why they would not come back to make the repairs, I was told by the owner that they did not contract with CSA to make those types of repairs. Fed up with FAHW, CSA and the rest of the incompetent plumbers FAHW had contracts with, I called my own plumbing company Kerry Gold plumbing, a reputable, well thought of plumbing company in the San Fernando Valley. They came out, examined the issues, and fixed all of the plumbing problems in less than 1 1/2 hours. The shower valve that CSA claimed was cracked, was not cracked, and just needed new valves.The shower valves in the master bathroom that CSA took apart and said were fine, continued to leak worse after CSA put the valves back together. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a cap for the shower head to stop the leaking, until Kerry Gold fixed the valve issue.

A horrible experience. Do not use FAHW for plumbing issues. Call Kerry Gold, pay a little more, and get a competent plumber.

The night mare is finally over.

I think its hard to imagine loving your plumber until you realize how necessary they are. Especially as a homeowner. I have called MANY plumbers over the years and none have ever made any kind of impression on me except that they charged too much for too little work, or worse yet did shoddy work. But not Alex and not CSA. I was introduced to Alex and his team a few years ago when my outdoor drain desperately needed cleaning. It was blocked. I had a prior quote that was twice what Alex quoted me - the former telling me there was only one way it would get done and that was the expensive way. But Alex and his guys showed up, came up with an alt and affordable solution. Flash forward two years and my hot water heater is on the blitz. Alex and his guys get me up and running in a timely, and again, affordable manner. On the heels of this I had my kitchen remodeled and we had to move water and gas lines. My contractor didn't have a plumber lined up so I suggested he try Alex and CSA. They came in and did the job seamlessly. Lastly, and most importantly when my renovation was complete - 3 months later - all I wanted to do was move into my kitchen and use it. I called Alex and CSA to come and hook up my appliances. Alex said they don't normally do that but he would do it for me AND he gave me a deal for the work.. I called around so I know he hooked it up! My construction guys had not moved my appliances back into the kitchen and left it for Alex and his guys, only thing is; only Alex came. So with no help - and not part of his job - he helped me move the appliances back in and set them all up for the pre-negotiated rate. This is plumber love. I actually sleep better at night knowing I have a plumber to call in need. Quality guys are not that easy to come by. CSA is a blessing.

Called and spoke to Alex. He said he would at my home with in an hour .Gave me a quote for $89.00 to snake my kitchen drain.
He is polite , stuck to his quote and snaked the line, cleaned the mess and finished the job within 25 minutes.

What I experienced was a lack of professionalism and terrible customer service skills.

This plumber had to come out twice to fix a shower and bathtub leak. CSA Plumbing was assigned to a work order made through First American Home Warranty Company. I had to call the plumber back a second time, because my shower started to leak again. And, the tub repair had not been sealed properly. There was a cotton pad like material left around the edge of the spout it was not sealed up against the wall.

During the second visit, Alex fixed the bathtub and shower; he trimmed the material out of the bathtub spout and sealed it properly. He re-sealed the shower head and loosened the knobs, because it was difficult to open and close the water.

When I asked him where the shower leak was coming from he said that the shower was not leaking. I explained to him that it had a slow leak and perhaps he did not see it before he shut off the main waterline. He spoke to me in a demeaning manner and told me I was not listening to him. He kept repeating himself about how it was not leaking and that the shower head was leaking. What? Didn't he say it wasn't leaking? I did not appreciate the manner in which he was talking to me and how he dismissed what I was saying about the slow leak.

Alex told me he would replace the shower head, and he did not change it. Before he left, I asked him why he didn't change it. He said that it was because I had mentioned yelp to him. By the way, I post reviews on Yelp, good or bad and this is not how a reputable business is run. I got the impression that not much care was given to the plumbing repairs because it was covered through the warranty.

Alex Torres is a professional from start to finish. He is a master at plumbing, having the knowledge and work ethic that makes me a happy and satisfied customer.
My home is on septic. Alex communicated effectively, showed up on time and did a clean job of correcting a messy situation. He also made recommendations to help me avoid this type of mess in the future. I absolutely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Alex has been our go to plumber for the past decade, and whenever anyone needs a plumber for any size job he is the first tradesman I recommend.
Alex has installed a full new bath including all the new lines, fixed corroded pipes elsewhere in our home, installed a pump to fix an old slow drain issue, replaced and repaired water heaters, garbage disposals, you name it -- if it holds water he has dealt with it over the years.
Additionally he goes above and beyond so when there are emergency situations he makes it a priority. I really can not say enough about how much we rely upon his skills and knowledge.
Great kind person, and fair to a fault with pricing, he and his crew people are excellent people to have in your corner.

We hired CSA PLUMBING in Sept., 2013, to replumb our house with copper pipes. They're the best!!! Alex, the owner, was on time, surveyed our property with my husband, took his time, no rushing, communicated with us very well, gave us an accurate written estimate, that states CONTRACT, WITH HIS LICENSE #. PRICES ARE VERY reasonable. Project start date was determined, the crew was here o
n time and ready to go. NO problems, very efficient. BEST PART? Their clean-up. WOW!!! Never have seen anything like it!! Awesome. Thank you Alex and your crew, great job!!!

Update: Ended up not so great. A plumbing leak under the kitchen caused A BIG problem and filed a claim with our Insurance co. Plumber crew did not sauder underneath pipes. Our entire kitchen was gutted and redone! Omig.

Fixed our heater and our sink in the bathroom. Fast and very reasonable in price.
And as an added bonus, everything was cleaned up.
