C&S Plumbing began in 1998, founded by two brothers with the steadfast backing of their father. Initially a small family venture, it has evolved into a thriving business with more than 20 employees and a fleet of 14 trucks. Today, we are proud to provide plumbing installations for over 800 new construction homes every year in Southwest Florida.

Through economic challenges and personal struggles, we remained steadfast—driven by hard work, determination, and a dedication to our craft. Currently operating as a father-son partnership under the Draft Construction umbrella, our vision is to establish ourselves as a premier full-service construction company in the area.

Aiden Pellechio, the son of founder Samuel Pellechio, is a proud graduate of North Fort Myers High School. Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, Aiden embodies the next generation of leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since stepping into the family business, Aiden has significantly contributed to modernizing operations—adopting digital marketing strategies, improving scheduling systems, enhancing customer communication, and refining estimating and payment processes. His forward-thinking mindset has propelled C&S Plumbing into the 21st century while staying aligned with the company’s foundational values of honesty, quality, and family.
