C&S Plumbing began in 1998, founded by two brothers with the steadfast backing of their father. Initially a small family venture, it has evolved into a thriving business with more than 20 employees and a fleet of 14 trucks. Today, we proudly complete plumbing installations for over 800 new homes annually across Southwest Florida.

Through economic challenges and personal struggles, we remained steadfast—driven by hard work, determination, and a dedication to our craft. Now operating as a father-son team under the Draft Construction umbrella, our goal is to become one of the leading full-service construction firms in the area.

Aiden Pellechio, son of founder Samuel Pellechio, is a proud alumnus of North Fort Myers High School. Aiden is currently studying Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, representing the next wave of leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since stepping into the family business, Aiden has significantly contributed to modernizing operations—adopting digital marketing strategies, improving scheduling systems, enhancing customer communication, and refining estimating and payment processes. His progressive approach has ushered C&S Plumbing into the modern age while adhering to the company’s core principles of integrity, quality, and family.
