I'm late in writing this review but wanted to be sure I gave him and his crew a great review. Dave and his team are professional and courteous! They replaced a toilet and a water heater for me and did great work. They even came on a Saturday to install the new water heater. I would recommend them!

Huge, and very thankful, shout out to Dave at Crystal Plumbing for coming by the day before Thanksgiving to help us with our water heater that died this morning! We're expecting family to arrive tomorrow and it could have been a disaster! Dave was so quick to respond, so helpful and kind, and gave us back our hot water. He's the best! Dave came out and replaced the hot water heater and did some plumbing repairs at my brother's house in Stockton on 8/29/22. I found Crystal Plumbing and scheduled the appointment. He came on time and did a great job from what I was told. But, we've been waiting for over two months for the city permit for the hot water heater and still nothing. It's even on the job invoice that the permit will be pulled. My brother and I have contacted Dave multiple times. I even spoken with Dave and was told he will send the permit. Nothing in my inbox. I left a voicemail two weeks ago and complete silence.

They replaced my soft water system, replaced some leaky pipes and valves, replaced shut off valve from the pump. All around great service and great people!

09/16/2022 WOW! I found an HONEST plumber. His name is Dave. My hot water take stopped working and I had two different plumbing companies come out and both quoted. THeir quotes were from $1000 to $ 2200. THe price included a brand new water tank, and a list of supplies. I called Home Depot, same story... Installed price via their comapny-
Delta Mechanical $ 1980.00- I was in shock. I called CRYSTAL PLUMBING just to see if they could do a same day install. Dave was very freindly and stated that the unit probally only need a new thermal coupler. He was 100% correct... TOTAL COST with install $ 175.00 Needless to say, I was so pleased...finding an honest service provider.. I had used a plumber in Lodi that drives bright red trucks.. they had fixed a leak in a bathroom sink..$400. It took 15 minutes.
So, if your looking for an HONEST plumber- give Dave a call. I will be using him at my place of business. - He deserves the business.

Always important to have a good plumber on hand when you have kids. I called after my daughter accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet. Owners gave their honest opinion, saved me money, and even called me back a day later to make sure everything was still going good. Owner really is a down to earth kinda guy. Rates are affordable. Don't bother with any other plumber. I always recommend these guys when someone has plumbing issues!

Had an emergency on a Friday evening. Spoke with Dave who did a great analysis of the problem over the phone. He put me in touch with Jake who is an expert in the area of air conditioners and would come out the next morning. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable with the entire cost. Am extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!Plan on having them take care of any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

So imagine going on a 7 day honeymoon with your husband, coming home after having an amazing time and find a leak in your garage. Hopped on Yelp did a project request for quotes but let me tell you Crystal Plumbing was the only business who asked to see photos, described the process, the need for a permit and steps to resolve the matter THE NEXT DAY! Price was similar to competitors but like I said it's the service for me plus so many people referred him to me as well. New hot water heater installed, permit pulled and inspected by the city which passed within 2 days. Will definitely use them again for plumbing needs.....

I do NOT write as many reviews as I should--because I heavily depend on them, whether I'm choosing a product or a service--but I was compelled to write one for Dave at Crystal Plumbing!

Let me start by sharing that I called two different plumbers and received no return call after five days. I did call one of the plumbers back and, thankfully, his voicemail recommended reaching out to Crystal Plumbing--so thank you for that!!

Dave called back just minutes after I left a voicemail and came out the following morning--the Sat morning of Easter weekend, no less!

He spoke with my husband and we finally--after five long months--have amazing water pressure in the home we recently moved into! I can't thank him enough or recommend him higher! We will definitely be using Crystal Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future!
