James and the crew from Crystal( who were always wearing their masks!) did a great job explaining and the installing the new pipelines for my hot and cold water after a burst pipe. Though we did have a small issue it was resolved without incident leaving me with a smile on my face. They even did a couple of little added jobs willingly, no problem. Crystal plumbing's technicians are professional and personable. They work clean and pay attention to detail. I just had them come out and fix 2 clogged sinks in an old house my hubby and I bought 2 years ago.
