Jack went extra mile, literally, to check out our W/H that morning, short notice, took a look and let us know what recommend and how much. Cost was reasonable, IMO. Turned out was not water heater but a leaking 13 year old flex hose spraying water everywhere int he attic. David came out that day as promised and got us fixed up. Keeping these folks on our speed dial!

They had a quality control problem with the Flood Stop they provided for the hot water tank I purchased from them but they hung in there with me and came back repeatedly, all at no charge, until they got the system working. Finally they had to replace both the sensor and control box as the system was false alarming and shutting off my hot water for no reason. The 2 guys that did all the work were competent, helpful, friendly and enjoyable to work with. I appreciate their diligence and that they always had smiles on their faces.

$575 to replace a PVC elbow on a softener tank, an external faucet replaced & tightened a leaking faucet on a kitchen sink. Tried to replace an entire bathroom faucet assembly(which would have added an additional $500) when all it needed was a cartridge...

Excellent job!! Our hot water heater broke and they came out the same morning and quoted us a very fair price and then replaced it that afternoon. Our heater is in the attic so it wasn't an easy job. They were good to answer all our questions about quality replacement products and assured us our new equipment would be up to code. They followed up by making an appointment for the inspector to approve the job. I will definitely be using Local Plumbing Service again.

Local Plumbing Service to the rescue!!! These guys are amazing!! After an appointment to have a dish washer and oven installed was stopped due to valve issues I frantically called around to a few different area plumbing companies. Local Plumbing Service was able to come out the same day and fix every issue I had. The prices were very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. They even installed the new oven for us. Extremely nice and professional gentlemen. Will always use Jack and his son for any future issues/projects. Use LSP... they do not disappoint.

As a Facilities Manager at UT, I work with hundreds of tradesmen; I know what good customer service looks like. With that said, I wanted to write a note to say thank you so much for the amazing work!

From start to finish, I was treated with respect. Jack and his team showed up on time each day, I was provided with a very fair quote, and the work was executed efficiently and professionally.

My house is nearly 100 years old, and as the crew (Tory and Dal) ran into little roadblocks in the house while performing the work, they didn't come to me with excuses or try to increase my original quote - they found solutions. The job took about 3 days and at the end of each day the Local Plumbing crew swept up and kept my home very clean and tidy. As a result, the finished product is exactly what I wanted, and was not at all disruptive to my household.

The Local Plumbing crew also helped me find a good electrician to work on something related to the project.

I have at least one more plumbing job related to my remodel, and I will definitely be using Local Plumbing.
