The LPS team is terrific! We have hired them for two jobs so far and will surely contact them in the future. Team members are prompt and knowledgable. These guys were great! They were assigned to my job (a leaking pipe in my ceiling) through my warranty company. I was quoted an arrival time of 1 to 3pm. They called at 11:30am and asked if they could come early, which was awesome. They fixed the leak and patched my ceiling in about 30 min, and were great about cleaning up after themselves. In addition, they were very friendly and courteous - I'd definitely hire them again.

The owner/his rep. was supposed to meet me at 2:15 PM on 3/21/13 at a rental property to give estimate. I waited for him from 2 PM to 2:40 PM, after driving for about 45 minutes from NW Hills. I called. He said he was supposed to call me back. I hang up and decided never to deal with him again. If your time and professional attitude is important to you, pass him by.

What great service!!!! I called several plumbing companies and LPS gave me an honest and fair quote over the phone. They came out same day and replaced my water heater in an hour. The were quick, friendly and professional. Again GREAT SERVICE!!!!

These guys were everything I wanted in a plumber. I had a water heater that I needed replaced. They answered the phone the first time I called, they came out when they said they would, they got me a quote right then and there, and finally, they came back the next day and did the work quickly and without any drama, just like they said they would.

I'd tried two other plumbing services before calling LPS. The first didn't come back for their second appointment to actually do the work. The second's quote was literally double what LPS quoted me and they never called me back to discuss it.

Jack Crow is dependable and does high quality work with reasonable rates. We had a plumber previously who could not fix the issue for us and made us think our problem was going to need extensive demolition to find the source of the problem. Jack and his son went in from one access point and fixed the two areas of difficulty we had. They fixed our problem in less time and at a cost of hundreds less than what we were anticipating. From now on, Jack is the only guy we will call for all our plumbing needs!

The guys showed up very quickly, and got right to work. I tried to fix the leaking upstairs drain myself - as I fancy myself a handy man, but I just could not get it. In fact I made it worse! Very glad I called LPS, they showed up quickly, fixed it quickly (and correctly) and the price was great. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again, but if I do, I will be calling them!
