Today I had a water main backup issue... standing water everywhere. Justin came out and located the problem and managed to clear the issue.
I have been using this business for years. I highly recommend them.
BEWARE! Thought everything was fine after a brand new $8000 install, few months later, not so much. Turns out it's common practice to re-use condensate drain lines from previous installers from the air handler in the attic....that's fine with me but these guys busted loose a coupling re-installing the line and it flooded a spot in my attic damaging who know how much Sheetrock causing water to leak through a light in my main house. They claim the fitting the broke loose was not made by them and was past their connection point....true but they still re-used the line the connection was on and how rough were they up there dragging it around? didn't inspect the job properly after and caused damage to my recently renovated home.
Gave them a chance to meet me halfway and helping with the damages. They came out and told my wife (I wasn't home) it's not their fault but of course nothing is anyone's fault anymore for sub-par work. Also told her to let the completely soaked Sheetrock just dry in the attic, no need to replace, it won't get moldy. So not only are they bad at HVAC, also bad at water damage restoration advice.
First Karen ass review I've ever left on anything. But you cost me thousands in damages and just shrug your shoulders, well here it is.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Roll the dice elsewhere and hope there are still stand-up people out there that will make right by your hard earned money.
Peace
M R.I will give them two stars for their response time. They sent a technician who was basically a salesman trying to find out what other services they could sell me, checked out our water heater and other plumbing fixtures without us asking to have them evaluated. Their prices are grossly overpriced. For example, to replace two valves for the laundry room for washing machine , Crow's quoted me 467. including parts. I had someone else do it and they charge me $179 including parts. To replace the whole washer box Crows Plumbing quoted me 1000. The other plumber I used quoted me 459. Judge for yourself. We are old but we're not stupid.
Jennifer L.My garbage disposal was leaking so had to get someone in to fix it. So glad Jacob came to help! I got a new garbage disposal, new toilet, new tankless water heater in about 5 hours. Incredible service and I didn't have to worry about anything!
Lies and scams. They work for commission that is for sure.
I had The Home Depot refer them to me due to lack of the original installers not being able to install the oven we just bought.
The plumber came out and said it would be $800.00 because I needed a new gas line and he would need to tear a hole in the wall. I asked him to leave.
a week later The Home Depot sent their original person to my house and low and behold the only thing wrong was the darn screw was lose, lose!! hear that, lose... he tightened it and BAM, perfect... 10min max. Dont use Crows
Kate R.Fast response. Very reasonable price...made me feel ripped off by my last plumber. Will definitely be my go to plumber in the future.
Darian A.Huge thank you to you guys! From the initial call with David to set up a quote, to the assistance and repair from Brock, Josh, Tommy, and Connor everything far exceeded my expectations. They took care of my repairs in almost no time. From my initial call to completion of the repairs, including dispatch and drive time, it took only about two hours. I appreciate that so much! Everyone that I spoke to was kind and the conversations straight-forward. The price was also fair and far better than any other quotes I received. Thank you again for all of the help in walking me through scheduling, repairs and setting up restoration. Respectfully, I hope I don't have to see you all again, but if I ever have any plumbing/hvac needs I'll be sure to give you a call. Thank you!!
Luke came to my home today and located, diagnosed, remediated and provided several solutions to a problem that has haunted me, quite literally, for years. We have had a water-knocking issue that has eluded several professionals in the past.
I will continue to use and recommend Crow's Plumbing in the future because of the service Luke provided me today.
Can't say enough good things about the service Luke provided us today.
Jack G.Had Crow's out again for another issue with my house's plumbing (these pipes aren't getting any younger). Like last time, they were able to get someone to take a look the same day I called which wasn't the case for a single other plumbing company I got in touch with.
Tim came back out to look at a clogged shower and had it draining in no time at all. He was very patient with my questions about it and some other issues I'd been having, and recommended I follow up with another member of his team to do a sewer scope.
Jonathan came out the next day and was an absolute well of knowledge (no pun intended). He got a camera in my pipes and explained in detail everything he noticed (he's got a sharp eye), as well as pointing out the corresponding points in my yard and potential fixes. Because there was a miscommunication about pricing for the camera service, Jonathan went above and beyond and comped the whole service. Wow.
I'm sure this cast iron (and apparently tar and paper sewer line, lol) won't hold up too much longer. When more major repairs are needed, I know the folks I'll be calling.
Went thru Angi and got a quote. Called Crow's directly to verify details and they said "we cannot honor that price. It will be more since we are certified plumbers". Not what I was expecting since they are under Angi so "bait and switch"? Beware!
