Robert came out and helped with our water heater and plumbing issue we had in one of our bathrooms. We got quoted for a bunch of work that he was able to point out some easy solutions for us that saved us a ton of money. This is the 4th time we have worked with Crown Plumbing and they are the best!

Back in 2019 I wrote a great review here of Crown Plumbing because the plumber they sent was very personable and seemed to do a good job. It was NEW plumbing under the kitchen sink and connecting a garbage disposal.

Five years later, the work failed in two places and I had two leaks. I have owned several homes over many decades and never had a leak, and especially did not expect one in new plumbing. I called Crown and they said, with no apologies whatsoever, that the work was guaranteed for a year, lol -- really? They were unwilling to offer me any kind of a discount to come and repair the work they did that failed, in my estimation, way too soon for plumbing. I will not hire them again. Buyer beware.

The condo I rent from my dear friend has a less popular hvac system, hydro something or another. It was leaking water onto the carpet around the filter/vent area. They were the first company after many I've attempted that services this type of system. So lucky they were able to come out same day, they even made it to my place a few mins sooner than I can get home. Super nice technicians and duper efficient!

They left me with preventative measures to keep up annually.. turns out to be a tough clog they had to blow out with pressure. Followed up with Christine at the office immediately after. I'll definitely pass along the experience with my landlord, we'll keep them on our maintenance roster and refer, refer, refer anytime!!

I would give 6 stars if I could for Crown Plumbing. Walter and his team have come a handful of times to my house and have always done a phenominal job. I have some very complex plumbing in my 100+ year old house but it never phases them. Last night, I had a leak with partial flooding and Walter and his team came right out (at 8:00 at night) to fix. Great company and honest work!

I called Crown Plumbing at 6:30PM on a Sunday evening because ALL our toilets were slow to flush and we were expecting special visitors from Ireland the next day. Visions of overflowing toilets and showers filled my mind. The receptionist told me to call 311 to see if it was a county problem first. This upset me because I thought it meant that they did not want my business. To my surprise when I called, Sacramento County sent an inspector within two hours. He confirmed that the problem was on their end and another team would arrive to fix it. We were not to use ANY water during that time. County sewer sewer service removed a big root about 18' from our street outlet and our situation was fixed by 10PM. Thank you, Crown Plumbing for setting us on the right track--AND it did not cost us a dime! We'll be back for other in-house plumbing services in the future.
