We just remodeled our Kitchen and one of our projects was to open a wall to make a counter. When we opened the wall we found out that the gas pipe line that our gas range is connected to is in the middle of the wall. We were disappointed thinking now we cannot move forward and that gas line is a worry being it is in the middle of the wall. We called around and Crown pluming was our first call and they scheduled for an assessment visit right away and the owner Walter was even the one to come. He came the same day and they got it done the next day. He even came in again once we were connecting our new gas range. Their price was also the most affordable and competitive. Walter was funny too. They have definitely earned our future business(es). Thanks Walt!!!

I was referred to Crown Plumbing by Select Home Warranty when I had a bathtub leak that dripped down through my kitchen ceiling. They came out and cut two small holes in my kitchen ceiling to see the drain pipes. They assessed the damage and contacted Select Home Warranty but SHW would not pay for the repair because they said that the drain pipe was an accessory to the bath tub! So I got screwed by SHW! Then to top it off, Crown plumbing charged me $260 for the service call and to cut the two small holes in my kitchen ceiling. Even the Crown Plumbing employee found the price exorbitant! I called Crown Plumbing to negotiate the $200 but they wouldn't budge on their price. I'm a single mother of two and $200 is a lot of money to pay out for 2 holes in my ceiling that are still their. Crown's total estimate to repair the problem is $1400. I do not recommend Crown Plumbing! They have no compassion and are WAY OVERPRICED!

I can honestly say that I received the BEST customer service with Christina. She knew that I needed my repairs completed this week and went beyond to get them authorized and scheduled. Crown plumbing is the Best!

Robert, the tech, was great, friendly and did a great job. He let me know when he was here and also to look at the job after he was done. He cleaned up and let me know if I needed anything else. Great professional service you can count on! I called during a weekday afternoon and they were able to come out to fix my kitchen sink clog first thing the next morning. The plumber who performed the service was friendly and knowledgable. He fixed my clog in under 15 minutes but then stayed longer to answer all my additional questions. His helpful advice and tips were the best part of the service!
