He removed the old faucet and installed the new one quickly. He took the time to explain the way it works and the importance of the tools that came in the package. I had an emergency leak, and I had no idea what to do. I called Crown, and they were amazing. Even though I have trouble maker neighbors tried to stop them, and where incredibly rude. They still came back and fixed it all up.

The plumbing techs that came out, Juve and Carlos, were good, no real issue with them.  Just be sure to ask a lot of questions upfront before scheduling an appointment.  I didn't, and it cost me $$.  I didn't know that trips to the hardware store were on me.  I didn't know that their van might not be stocked with common items such as a toilet valve or P-trap which would cause them to take go on multiple hardware runs.  I did share my plans with the front office over email, but those pics were not shared with the techs so they didn't know any detail about the project in front of them until they looked at it in person.  What would be helpful is if the office/owner could share what goes into the hourly rate so that I can be prepared.  Also, my email to them said that I required P-traps, so I would have assumed the techs would have them in their van, but that was not the case.  Don't assume and be sure before scheduling.  Techs 4.5 stars, front office 1 star.

We had a weird leak coming from underneath our house. When I called Crown Plumbing, they came within an hour to come and look for us. I was so thankful, including that this was on a weekend. They did a great job figuring out what the problem was, and we're so kind to offer us the knowledge on how it happened.

The owners are such kind people, I would recommend this company to anybody. We will be going to no one else but them. Go to them with your needs, they will definitely not let you down.

Derick, from Crown Plumbing, was very professional, courteous and punctual for our appointment. Derick quoted the price before starting any work and got my approval to start. I request mask coverings when I have workers into my home, he complied, no complaint. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will use Crown Plumbing again in the future.

I dont know what their actual work is like, all I know is it was $200 for them just to come by so I passed. Called another company and it was $85 for them to come out which seems more normal.

The spigot in the front of our house was leaking non-stop today. I called Crown Plumbing around 11:30 and they were able to give me a window same day between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. At 1:18 I had a text that someone would be over within 30 minutes and shortly thereafter Robert arrived to check out the problem.

I had just had PG & E out to check that a gas leak had been repaired properly (it was) and turn the gas back on, but the PG & E tech wouldn't climb up a ladder to check that the furnace was on (it's in the attic). I asked Robert if he could take a look and make sure it was working and he did! He turned the furnace back on and checked on another sink I had in the house when I told him it was dripping.

Robert was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns, offered advice and presented options. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something, and it was very refreshing to have a contractor give me unbiased opinions and help me make an informed decision about the best path forward. We now have a short list of items in order of importance that we can address and I feel way less stressed about how/when to take care of the things that need to be done in our home.

Huge thank you to Robert for fixing the original problem super duper fast, taking the time to do a walk through of the home to make sure everything was in order, and setting us up with a path forward. We even have a cool idea for the wet bar that I don't think I'd have come up with if I hadn't chatted with Robert about the construction of the sink.

Thank you Crown Plumbing and Robert for your professionalism. It's an incredible relief to know that if we have a problem there's someone we can call who will respond right away!

I had my new washing machine delivered today and lo and behold both faucets had leaks! There was water under the old washing machine I wasn't even aware of! I called Crown (person who answered the phone was great!) and they sent out Robert within about 30 minutes. Robert was wonderful and explained what he needed to do and the parts he needed to go get. He was back in a jiffy, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. He also advised me that the electrical outlet by the washer/dryer did not have a GFI outlet which is a safety/fire concern. I'm so glad he pointed that out, and he said the company also does electrical work which I plan to do immediately.
