Crouch Plumbing was started by Nubbin Crouch in 1967. Over the years, his father Mitch, brother Del Ray, and his children Roy, Randy, and Rita have all played roles in the company. Roy graduated from the Denver Institute of Technology in 1977 and came back to Artesia to introduce HVAC services to the company. In 1997, it was officially incorporated as Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., with Roy Crouch as its President. Roy and Dianna Crouch completed the acquisition of the business in 2007. During his college years, their son KC worked for the company during spring and summer breaks. Crouch Plumbing has seen four generations of family employment.

Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is owned by Roy and Dianna Crouch. Roy's journey began in high school when he worked for his dad. After graduating from the Denver Institute of Technology, he took charge of the HVAC service division. He assumed the roles of President and stockholder in 1997. He completed the business acquisition in 2007. Finding solutions to help others is something Roy enjoys. He finds enjoyment in the challenges that come with the construction industry. Roy is a licensed contractor, and Crouch P.H.A.C., Inc. frequently serves as a subcontractor for HVAC and plumbing services in commercial construction and new housing projects in Eddy County.
