We had a plumbing issue thanks to a kid flushing a toothbrush down the toilet... of course these things never happen at a good time and we were having a pool party on the next day and needed the downstairs toilet to work for our guests. I called Mike and he sent one of his guys first thing in the morning to fix the issue. I had mentioned that our teenagers bathroom upstairs wasn't flushing properly as well. Apparently it was an easy fix and wasn't charged for that fix. I would definitely use them again for future issues and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys I appreciate it !!!

I can't even begin to express my gratitude of how much I appreciate Mike and his crew at Cross Plumbing. I recently just bought a house and moved in not even a month ago. Welcome to being a home owner!! A leak appeared in a closet just yesterday. I was referred by my best BFF to call Mike this morning. My problem was fixed before noon today. Whaaat!!! Omg.

Water main broke late on a Sunday night. Called Cross Plumbing early Monday morning and they responded within an hour! They communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions! They did great work and finished the job quickly! Definitely recommend Cross Plumbing!

Cross Plumbing backs up their work and is licensed and that is something I look for in a plumber. I rather not deal with any of those commercialized companies. They are all out for commission!

I will definitely use him again and will refer him to my family in the area. Great service and honesty these days are hard to find!
