In a world of non-existent customer service Cross Plumbing is a pleasant surprise. I had a defective shutoff valve that was installed about 2 feet under about 6 inches of concrete and only accessible through an 8 inch access hole if you have really long arms (I will spare you my rant about the plumbers who originally built my house). I requested a quote on Yelp and got a response from Michael C in a few hours. We set up an appointment for someone to come out. The morning of the appointment Michael C called to tell me that Jesse, the plumber assigned to me, was on an emergency call. My situation was not critical so a delay was insignificant, but I appreciated the call to let me know what was happening. Later that day Jesse arrived and said he could not only replace the valve but re-pipe to raise the valve closer to ground level and install a larger access cover so the valve would be more easily accessed. He did an excellent job. He installed a better type of valve and the valve access is done perfectly.
There is one thing that may disturb you before you get to know these guys. I called Michael C a few times to ask some questions and it is obvious their business has outgrown their phone mail box. A few times I got the message that the mailbox was full and the phone hung up. Don't let that bother you. Each time Michael C called me back in a few minutes.

Fast, excellent service. Called Mike and he sent Jesse out within an hour to replace a broken gate valve on my water heater. Also installed new TNP valve. Done fast and right. Very professional and would not hesitate to recommend. After it was complete, Mike called to follow up (sadly, never had any other company do that before). Very impressed with the whole crew and will definitely use again!

This is update review. Actually I should write it earlier. The job is overall fine. but the last one he cheated on me with the faucet. He used a very cheap faucet different with what he showed me on a different day to replace the broken one, and told me we had saved money. But the fact is that he charged a lot more than the actual price of the faucet, and the faucet did not work well.

--Extremely nice guy! Professional and did a wonderful job for us. He tried his best to reduce the damage of the original house no matter how hard it is. And he also tried to save us some money. We absolutely will call Mike if having another plumbing work in the future. And 100 percent that I suggest you take him if you have a similar problem.

I wish i could say great things about Mike, but unfortunately didn't even hear back from him after our estimate. Seems like they just pick and choose who they want to work with.. Shame shame!

I called Tuesday (April 19, 2016) at 10:30am to set up an appointment. I thought I had dialed the wrong number and then a different number called me back. It was Mike and he was really nice and easy to speak with.

I hadn't heard back from them and there was a bit of miscommunication, so I assumed they got busy and forgot about me. I got a call this morning (April 26,2016) about 7:30am saying they would be here between 9:30-10:30am. Jessie showed up and he was awesome! Very personable and friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing.

I'd gladly recommend them and use them again in the future!

I read all of the reviews and was not sorry to give them a try. Professional, courtious and great customer service. Worth spending a few more bucks on. Mike and Jessie are fantastic!

We found Mike on facebook. We scheduled a camera scope for a home in Indian Hill Country Club. Mike showed up early, he was friendly, professional, and did a great job explaining what we were seeing on the camera when he was scoping. His prices were fair. My clients were very happy with their overall experience. Done!

Mike and Dean were my plumbers. So far they're like no others. Come in and found the leak, got it done that day not a week!
If I have another issue, I won't be grabbing a tissue. I'll be picking up the phone calling Mr Cross, cause for all my plumbing needs Cross is BOSS!

uinreal. my moms water heater started leaking on tuesday afternoon. cross was 1 of 4 companies we called . they stateted they were busy but would get someone there to look within an hour. the other companies pretty much said they were too busy and would get back to us. well jessie from cross was there within the hour, diagnosed that she needed it to be replaced ordered a new one, drained the old one and was gone in about an hour. as promised the new one was installed before ten wednesday and at the price quoted. my mom was estatic and i would have no problem letting jessie work on any issue any of my family would ever come across. for a recap two of the companies still have not got back to us and the 3rd wanted to quote us a price that was nearly double and they never even looked at it. they wanted to make sure we were serious as they were so busy and didnt want to waste time . we will no longer ever need to call 4 as we will only be calling cross from here on out.

There are VERY GOOD REASONS these plumbers have as many 5 star reviews as they do. Here's 5 off the top of my head.

1. They answered the phone the first time we called. No being sent to voicemail

2. They're a fairly small and family owned business, with a different and much more fair pricing model for their work than other plumbers around town.

3. Dean was right on time to help us with our plumbing emergency, and patiently answered with a smile all of our questions about what was happening in our pipes as he was working.

4. Diagnosed the problem quickly, effectively, and got the pipes connected to our washing machine, toilets, and showers clog free.

5. All around great guys who you can tell enjoy solving issues and getting your house working right again!

Excellent service. Would easily call again. Thank you Cross Plumbing! You guys are the best. :-)
