Cross plumbing is honest, reliable, and reasonable. The first time I used thier service is when I discovered I had a water leak right before leaving to work at @ 5am (main water pipe) my front yard and parts of my backyard were flooded. Cross plumbing was dedicated to fixing the issue and discovered palm tree roots broke pipe. Mike provided cost saving alternatives and soultions and put my stress level at ease. I would recommend Cross Plumbing to family and friends.

This is an update in my past review. The owner called me back to apologize for the un-returned phone calls due to changes of their database system. I really appreciate it and respect that he took the time out to call me. It's disappointing when you feel you found a great business and you don't know why they just didn't care about you... but now that explains it. Mike Cross and his team of plumbers have been the best for our plumbing needs. Mike has gone out of his way to schedule several plumbing jobs on very short notice. Both Mike and Eric are very knowledgeable plumbers. Specifically, they helped me with pressure relief value replacement, toilet replacement, angle valve replacement, garbage disposal replacement and sink drain replacement. All jobs were done well and the cost was reasonable for a plumber. Mike cares about his customers and has even called me to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I called Cross Plumbing to fix a toilet in my house. Eric, the plumber, arrived on time and gave me several options. He got the toilet working with the least expensive option. Another plumber came to give me an estimate and told me that I just needed to replace the toilet which they could do right then for $475. They didn't consider or discuss any other possible problems or solutions.
I will call Cross Plumbing again when I need a plumber!
