Robert and Paula are reliable, hard working, and most importantly ethical. He installed new AC and a tankless water heater and did a great job. They had no problem with explaining things to me patiently. My purchases qualified me for $1400 in Rebates. The application for those rebates were understandable, and Paula showed me exactly what I would need. I had gotten 3 estimates for this work. Robert was the least expensive, but I particularly liked how he wrapped his brain around what I needed and figured it out. He obviously knows what he's doing. I especially prefer working with family owned businesses, so the fact it's just Robert and Paula was perfect. They have a procedure and a method for getting everything handled, and they never dropped the ball. The tankless water heater was $1900, which was a much better price than what the TECO installer would have charged. Expert work! Very nice!

this is a great Plumbing Co. Bob is the best. He is so handy and can do any kind of plumbing problem. Dan S

Fantastic example of small business with tremendous experience, responsibility, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness at a fair price. Bob came the very next day for an emergency I had with a water softener. He knew exactly what to do and got to it without wasting any time as he is a licensed plumber and does all of his jobs by himself. With cross creek Plumbing you are not going to get an inexperience person working under a licensed plumber like so many others in Florida with their lax regulations in licensing of trades. He will be the go to person for all things plumbing and HVAC for my family from this point forward . Thank you Bob.

So, Bob came out after several houses in my neighborhood had HVAC issues related to a power outage from TECO. I was the second house he stopped at, and before I could explain the symptoms, he explained them to me with a solution! He offered knowledge on how to fix it myself, or for him to fix it a couple different ways and at different price points, listing all of the various consequences. This is a great local business, and if you're in the area that they serve, you really shouldn't hesitate to give them a call if you need their services. In my experience, they were extremely fair, communicated great, and seem like genuinely nice people who aren't trying to screw you over. I'll be using them for all my HVAC issues... Paula in the office was excellent as well!

I'm not sure if we were lucky because it was an easy fix for Bob (He fixed the contractor on condenser), but we had a positive experience. Even after adding refrigerant our Air Conditioner wasn't blowing cold at all. We would hear it turn on but that was it. I called in the afternoon and the earliest appointment was the next day. Bob was a little late, but we received a call. On top of that we could tell he was working before be arrived. He showed us what the issue was (even showed us proof through his A/C monitor), and he had the part in his truck. Gave us the price upfront and installed it in a few minutes. The whole process took less than an hour. I'm glad he wasn't like some other places that lie and just try to sell you a whole new A/C or tell you they need to run some extra test that cost $$$ amount. Because of that- if we need any other repairs we will call them. Thank you!

All I can say is that Bob REALLY came through for me when my bank account really needed it! I called other places in Tampa who quoted me $2,300 or more, saying my problems with hot-water pressure MUST require a new heater. I was skeptical and called around. More of the same. Did the research and found Cross Creek Cooling & Plumbing. The reviews felt really genuine, and I knew that since they also work with A/C, they'd be familiar with my awkwardly positioned water heater and pipes, placed in the attic. Bob looked at it a few minutes and diagnosed it correctly: the heater was fine, it was a pipe that had mineral buildup. I was looking at thousands of dollars, and an all-day job with many workers in and out of the house (and possible minor ceiling repairs because of awkward location) and Bob got it done in 30 minutes at a fraction of the cost. Paula, who schedules appointments, was also a pleasure. I'm still quite elated with this company's integrity and the excellent result!

Great company, great service! We had a pool heater installed. Highly recommend Cross Creek, Bob and Paula. If only all contractors had such great work and business ethics!! We will definitely use this company for all have and plumbing needs in the future.

Bob was great. He came out and gave me a free estimate, which was very reasonable. He came back a few days later to complete the work. He did a great job installing a new sink and faucet and adding a a/c return to a bedroom. There was no up-selling that you see so much these days. I'll definitely hire him again.

I have had cause for calling out Bob for service on two different occasions, once for replacing my water heater and once for servicing my A/C. I believe it's Bob's wife who handles the phones and he does the work. Very friendly, very timely and very affordable. I had called Acree Air about my a/c problem(Acree means crooks in some other language I am certain). They quoted me over $2500, Bob fixed it for $500 and no new parts, just repaired a leak. Same with my hot water heater, same day service and he hauled my old unit away. Excellent small business doing good by people in our community.

I always try to find smaller outfits when it comes to plumbing or electrical, figuring that I would most likely get people who actually know what they are doing and care about the outcome, as often you get the owner or the owner was involved in the training of the workers. I feel like I really lucked out this time. We had 4 faucets in the house that needed replacing. They were leaking, and we first tried with our homeowners warranty insurance, but they gave us the name of a large company who sent someone without much experience. He basically destroyed two faucet to the point that we had to shut them off, and said these kind of faucets can't be fixed. We ended up buying new faucets and called CCCP to install. It took quite a bit longer than they originally anticipated as the old ones were stuck in place, and they needed to purchase some more materials that should have come with the faucets, but they stuck to their quote and only charged extra for the items they needed to buy. They were knowledgeable, nice, and took care of what needed to be done.
