One word describes them........ shady. The husband and wife duo are very argumentative and think that they are always right and the customer is a liar. They hate when you hold them accountable. I have been a faithful customer since 2016 and they still don't want to right their wrong. My Air stopped working again within 6 months of the initial repair by them. They install things haphazard and only put band aids, hoping that they can squeeze more money out of you for something they should have done in the first place. Bob and Paula have the worst customer services etiquette and love to use their short warranties as an excuse for improper installation. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Bob is the best plumber and extremely professional. I recently used Cross Creek for replacing my water heater (Gas) he did fantastic job. Perfect fitting and every thing went smoothly. They are very reasonable in price point as well. I highly recommend Bob

Bob and Paula run one of the best family- owned business we've ever engaged. They've helped us before a couple of times and, most recently, they replaced 3 toilets for us. From the start they were helpful, sending Billy over to measure to ensure we purchased the correct items. Billy returned a couple of days after the new commodes arrived and spent a few hours making sure everything was perfect - replacing a broken valve and one other item. We are very pleased and fully recommend them!

I do not recommend at all. When scheduling an appointment with Paula on a Tuesday to fix a leaking toilet and garbage disposal I told her that I could only do it on a Thursday. She told me they could come at 1 pm which I agreed to. After missing the appointment, I had to call two times to find out if they were coming. Finally, Paula told me at 4:45 that they won't be coming because of another job. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, THEN DON'T BOOK THE JOB! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SO SHOULD YOU.

They made an appointment to quote plumbing job and never showed or called to reschedule. Luckily it wasn't an emergency

I highly recommend Bob & Paula, they are awesome, both efficient & Bob explains everything to you ! Saved us a lot of money, another company told me it had major , 2,000 $ problem. Didn't trust that opinion & called Bob , he found problem, ordered part & put in right away. Working great. Both are a good team! Thank you, Bob &Paula

I don't understand the positive reviews. When any work is performed (especially on major appliances), a receipt showing the actual work performed should be provided! This is very important for warranties, service records needed for future repair work or maintenance, etc. First time with Bob I never received any receipt; the second time I was emailed a Square receipt showing only the dollar amount I paid (with NO mention of service performed on my air conditioning unit). Accountability = customer trust! Finally, good customer service involves being semi-pleasant to your customers - not cranky! There won't be a third time with Bob.

Bob said he would give me a $75 discount if I didn't file for a permit. Didn't agree and inspection found he didn't install the right breaker...had to fix...fast forward...multiple calls and services requested, as water leaking through the attic from where he installed...fast forward again..found Bob had supported the attic conditioner with tiles he found in my attic...over flow pan rusted out with a hole in the bottom of the pan..total unit frozen with a mountain of ice..totally not installed correctly...why the inspector didn't look in the attic is beyond me..but perhaps it would have saved me the water damage and having to have someone totally reinstall a new system. Even the coils he replaced """" after the warranty ran out"""" was installed improperly. For years I kept calling Bob to fix the problems that came up../because I """"trusted him""""...If I had called a different company sooner..I would have found he had installed this improperly and avoided the thousands it's cost me to fix the damage. Thought he was honest! Horrible installation practices.

Called after reading so many great reviews on Nextdoor.com. Our shower would not shut off due to a bad cartridge/valve. We were going to be gone later in the day through the next so we wanted it fixed ASAP. Called Cross Creek in the morning and was told that Bob would be out within 3-4 hours. We received a call back later and we were informed Bob was on his way, which was nice customer service. He showed up wearing a mask and kept it on the entire time even though I told him he didn't have to wear it. He quickly cut the wall out behind the shower handle and installed two shut off valves so we didn't have to keep water off to the entire house. We have since received the new parts from the manufacturer and installed the valve/cartridge ourselves. Bob also offered to install a quick access panel in the drywall but he needed to order it. In the meantime we found one on Amazon and quickly installed it. It was refreshing to get such quick service and I highly recommend Cross Creek Cooling & Plumbing.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND RESPONSE! I got their phone number off of a coaster in a local restaurant. Anytime I call they always arrive in a timely fashion and know immediately what the problem is and does an on the spot repair. I would recommend Cross Creek Cooling and Plumbing to all of my friends.
