My hot water heater began flooding my basement at midnight on Saturday night. The 24/7 ""emergency"" plumbers I called Saturday night and Sunday morning either didn't answer or were unavailable. Then I called Cross County. The water had stopped coming out of the tank, and Donnie spent considerable time on the phone with me to figure out the issue. He was willing to come out, totally transparent about pricing, and then helped me resolve the problem without coming. He went way above and beyond, especially for someone he didn't know. I am grateful to Donnie and his incredible professionalism and customer service. Cross County will be my first call in the future when I need a plumber.

Had a pipe burst in the middle of the night, my HOA helped me contact a plumber in order to fix the pipe and be able to turn the water back on. They came when they said they would, Donnie gave me a heads ups when they were on their way which was super helpful since I have a toddler schedule to coordinate around. The gentleman that came worked super fast around the restoration people, fixed it, explained the problem and made sure I knew what to do so it didn't happen again. I did not know what to expect from a cost perspective but was relieved and felt that it was more than fair compared to other work I have had done by plumbers in the past. Will definitely call them if I need anything in the future.

We had an issue the day before Thanksgiving and called our regular plumber, but he was out of town, so HE called Cross County for us. The guy I trust trusts them, so that's already a plus.

They came out within a couple hours and snaked our main line. The price was fair for the work which was nice because we did not ask. We just needed it done.

Then a couple nights later we had a similar issue, so they came back and did the work the next day for no additional cost, and were able to send a camera down the line and show us the problem.

The whole time they were here they were very respectful of our space and all-around nice guys. If you ever need a plumber I hate that for you but I'd recommend Cross County without a second thought.

I have been using Cross County Plumbing for a few years now. Honestly I have dabbled with several other plumbers over the years, but Cross County Plumbing is the most reliable, cost-effective, and takes the time to communicate. They are the best value for your money. Price is always reasonable for a plumber. There are cheaper options but you don't want cheap and you don't want expensive. You want value. If they serve your area, stop looking and call Donnie.

We have used Cross County several times. Recently we called about a leak in our ceiling. When they first came out, they thought it may have been an improperly seated toilet, which they fixed right away. When the leak didn't stop, they got someone out to look again, and because they hadn't caught it the first time around, they didn't charge us. Unfortunately, the leak didn't stop there, and the same person came out to help one more time. He apologized for misdiagnosing the problem, fixed it, and told us there wouldn't be a charge.

This is the first contractor I've ever felt comfortable contacting, and even when the problem doesn't get fixed right away, Donnie and his team are always willing to make it right. This is a really great place to contact when you need work done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking professional plumbing services. David was the plumber who assisted us with our clogged toilet issue. He was courteous, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He promptly introduced himself, wore shoe covers, and a mask while keeping a safe distance. He was able to fix the issue right away. First time I called for this provider and the man on the phone is very rude. He didnt answer any of my question about our toilet issue. He didnt bother asking what repair do we need or anything. I think his yelp reviews are not legit.
