First American Home Warranty (FAHW) assigned this contractor to address my plumbing issue. Unfortunately, they never called to set up an appointment. After waiting for two weeks, I contacted them and was told they would check their schedule and get back to me. Another two weeks passed with no follow-up.

Eventually, I had to call FAHW again, and they reassigned the job to another contractor (Aqua Fresh), who arrived the same day and promptly started resolving the issue. Thankfully, we did not have a major plumbing issue.

If you are assigned this contractor, I strongly recommend requesting a different one to avoid wasting your time. Critical Plumbing either doesn't care or is too busy to manage their operations properly. Had they simply called back within a couple of days and informed us of a longer wait time, we would have appreciated their honesty and sought a reassignment sooner. Instead, we wasted an entire month on a minor issue.

First American Home Warranty assigned them to fix a toilet. The contractor answered my call and we set an appt. Easy. Came next day. The repair appears done correctly though he could have been neater. A bolt was left in the tank. The leak is fixed.

I will give a zero star if there is one. This is the MOST rudest person ever! Came to the house, did not offer a greeting, spent 2 mins and can't get the job done. Don't EVER call this sorry ass person for a job.

Brian from Critical Plumbing Repair is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I don't even leave reviews very often and his behavior has to be addressed. I have since asked FAHW to remove him from any further service calls on both of my properties. If you get assigned this company please ask for someone else!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before.
I was referred by fahw. This person is such a liar and unprofessional. He claimed to have fixed a leak in my house when he actually did NOTHING, seriously nothing. I hired a reputable plumber over the weekend that explained some things needed to be fixed, since I have a warranty, I put a bandaid on things and called my insurance. This person came out, we had a conversation about the fix, and he then stated what would not be covered, I would need to pay him upfront. I told him to fix the leak and nothing else. He didn't, left right away after the conversation (not before using my bathroom) and billed first american saying he fixed it.
First american called me and told me what he had done was not correct and they were escalating the claim and that it indeed was covered, and if it were not covered he is to tell them, not bill me.
As you can see on the text, he is always correct, and first american is wrong.

Critical Plumbing Repair was assigned by our home warranty. Absolutely terrible, bad customer services does not pick up phone or return calls back. When arrived had truck problems that prevented him from coming back to do the job 3 weeks later still not fixed and no calls. Took a buy out from our home warranty due to having no other choice. Would never recommend this place and I am in the process of looking for a new home warranty as well. Due to their lack of finding good contractors.

One of the rudest people I've dealt with. Customer service at its worst. I'm guessing the gentleman is the owner and hates his job. Bro, do something to make you happy because this isn't it. Doesn't return calls. Rude when you get ahold of him. Never again will he come into my house.

This was the company assigned through my homeowners insurance. I read some reviews and was actually a little nervous. But Brian was very proactive, communicated about his time (saving me a couple hours of wondering) and came in and did the job within ~35 minutes. My leak is fixed!
He did say, if i wanted some aesthetic stuff done he could do it but it wasn't covered, and since i will be replacing this shower within the next year or two (and I'm the only one who uses it), I don't care if something sticks out a bit (and he didn't CAUSE this issue, it was pre-existing).
I am NOT a relative. Brian's dry sense of humor might rub some people the wrong way? Other than that i have no idea about the basis for the other 1 star reviews.

I just noticed today that this critical plumbing repair was referred me before by my home warranty First American. I scheduled an appointment today for dishwasher installation and this guy named Brian showed up without notifying me! No phone call, no text messages and no emails!!! When he scheduled me prior to the appt he said from 9-1!! So I showed him my call log and text messages showing nothing from him. He continued arguing with me but I just ignored it. He parked slanted on my drive so I asked him nicely if he can straightened it out that way I can park my Carl but he was asinine and asked me where to park. I told him there in the driveway but you have to correct your parking so other car can park there. He continued arguing with me saying he needs to park his car when it's obvious my driveway can take 2 cars!!! This guy is a white trash, very unprofessional, lack of customer skills, NRA loving!!!!! I don't need your nasty white trash in my house, Brian!
