I called this place because my landlord recommended them. Both of our bathroom and kitchen sinks we filling up with water even when we hadn't been using them for most of the day. We suspect the neighbors (we share the drain pipe) tried to put something down the drain not ment to be put down the drain. The first day they sent a young gentleman that seemed a little in over his head and recommend we reschedule for a time when the neighbor would also be available. He was very helpful in rescheduling the appointment. The next day a different gentleman can and began working on the pipes. When he started the sinks were still full of water and he tried to drain it out. He did something wrong and all the water ended up running out onto the floor. We had to waste 4 towels to clean it up. we ended up throwing the towels away because the water was nasty and the neighbor had poured some chemical down the drain that ate the paint off his flashlight. I am giving 2 stars because I don't feel the workers we equipped to properly deal with the situation and both days they were about an hour late from the time they told me they would be there.

My shower was leaking and it turned out that the entire Kohler cartridge needed to be replaced. I called Creative and I received very professional service from the person who answered the phone as well as the plumber himself. James was able to show up in about 3 hours, which was wonderful. He worked for about an hour and I got charged for two hours of labor (@$85) because they charge for travel time. Throw in the parts ($124) and the bill topped $300.

Definitely more than I expected to pay, but then maybe it was worth it to get such good service and a quick, hassle free solution. I will call them again next time.

I don't know their system of scheduling appointments. You'd think calling, speaking to a human, being told "we can do that", giving your name, service request, date, time and address would do the trick right? Wrong. If you do schedule with this company I'd recommend calling more than once, including the day of, several hours before to remind them. I scheduled the appointment the day before they were supposed to come out and whoever took my call still "forgot" or "didn't log it on the schedule". Whatever their excuse was, it was a waste of my time and a waste of my day off.

Probably the worst plumbing experience. I wanted my toilet changed out because the one I had was circle shaped and when I sat on it my unit would rub against the front of the bowl. I wanted the oval shaped one for more well endowed. They delivered my toilet on time but diddnt have someone to install. I waited over 3 months for "Travis" to come by and install it, by the time he came, it's was literally covered with moss and full of rain water. Good service but took forever. I also have to say that Travis wore pants clearly made for a guy 50 pounds lighter then him and his crack was showing during the install. Made for a funny conversation later lol. With all jokes aside, i will not be using Creative plumbing again. Mahalo

My 2 toilets needed to be upgraded with fluid master cup system which Korrie did with ease and in a professional manner. I am content with Creative Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future. This was my very first experience with this company and I am happy to have found them in the yellow pages.

BEWARE!!! Scam company chrgd me 3 times over the going rate to camera and snake my mainline, i.e. $900+ (should not have cost more than $300). The only thing "creative" about this company is their billing-pricing practice. There was no owner or supervisor overseeing the job or the workers. The assistant to the main guy who came to my home was a teenage boy. They came 45 min late and took far too long to do the work. A guy named Mark who also seemed pretty young was the one who came quote me for additional work and was also the person who the crew phoned while doing the scheduled job. When I questioned Mark in person about the unreasonableness of the prior bill he immediately launched into an argumentative stance like he's had to take this position many times before. I could tell that Mark himself was monitoring jobs remotely...probably slacking off himself on company time and only monitoring the workers by telephone. When I asked him to credit me a portion of the overbilling against future potential job he ended up not quoting the potential job, i.e they took the money and "RAN"!!!! This company is really bad and out of control. The workers slacked off and took all morning to camera my line, then they needed to make up for their own inefficiency by over billing the customer.

Called them to snake my clogged kitchen sink/washing machine drain. The plumber who arrived was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. However, I was charged for 2.5 hours when the plumber was at my place for less than 1.5. He arrived at 8:45am (which was 45 minutes late) and left before 10:15. I understand we have traffic problems here. But don't bill me for an extra hour when you were late.

I would not recommend these guys at all. Doing some work on my house presently gc recommends these guys. All I've had is problems. They show up when they feel like it walk off jobs or threaten to pull out if they don't get their way. I told gc I don't want I use them and was going to get a more reliable co. Attitudes change little bit but work still sucks, check their work. Workers are not friendly and they just overall suck!!!! If gc s recommends these guys, tell gc hell no. Once they finally finish my work I don't want to have anything to do with them. Don't waste your hard earned money on these guys!

Horrible billing practices. Was sent an over due notice twice when I already made payment. One late notice was from 2 years ago and before that notice I heard nothing from them about being late. Not cool to send an over due notice twice and both were not true. Will not ever use them again.

Rates are very reasonable but when they replaced a water heater the plumber didn't seemed to really know what to do and ended up spilling rusty water on the carpet. But, he was a very nice person--perhaps just on the wrong career path. On a separate occasion the plumber kept going out the van for a different part and always came back with the wrong one...like four times! I think his memory might have been altered by some of the "local flora" and therefore made his job more "challenging." Regardless, am not using them again even if they are nice guys.
