Horrible billing practices. Was sent an over due notice twice when I already made payment. One late notice was from 2 years ago and before that notice I heard nothing from them about being late. Not cool to send an over due notice twice and both were not true. Will not ever use them again.

Building maintenance water shut off scheduled Take off from work to be home for repair Plumber shows up.....nope I don't know their system of scheduling appointments. You'd think calling, speaking to a human, being told ""we can do that"", giving your name, service request, date, time and address would do the trick right? Wrong. If you do schedule with this company I'd recommend calling more than once, including the day of, several hours before to remind them. I scheduled the appointment the day before they were supposed to come out and whoever took my call still ""forgot"" or ""didn't log it on the schedule"". Whatever their excuse was, it was a waste of my time and a waste of my day off.

Called them to snake my clogged kitchen sink/washing machine drain. The plumber who arrived was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. However, I was charged for 2.5 hours when the plumber was at my place for less than 1.5. He arrived at 8:45am (which was 45 minutes late) and left before 10:15. I understand we have traffic problems here. But don't bill me for an extra hour when you were late.

5-star service! Super nice and very professional. Fixed my toilet and changed my kitchen valves and faucet at my condo. Even set up a required building water shut down with the building for me, no hassle on my part, awesome right! Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Creative Plumbing!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional. Plumber decided to urinate with the door open, and my wife walked in. She wanted to call the police, but he just left. $125 for an upset wife and no repairs done. Called their office and secretary apologized profusely and said she'd get back to me. Never heard from her again and they'll never hear from us either.

Please do not use this company. They do not know what they are doing. After two visits and more than $500 spent, the problem has not been resolved.

I called this place because my landlord recommended them. Both of our bathroom and kitchen sinks we filling up with water even when we hadn't been using them for most of the day. We suspect the neighbors (we share the drain pipe) tried to put something down the drain not ment to be put down the drain. The first day they sent a young gentleman that seemed a little in over his head and recommend we reschedule for a time when the neighbor would also be available. He was very helpful in rescheduling the appointment. The next day a different gentleman can and began working on the pipes. When he started the sinks were still full of water and he tried to drain it out. He did something wrong and all the water ended up running out onto the floor. We had to waste 4 towels to clean it up. we ended up throwing the towels away because the water was nasty and the neighbor had poured some chemical down the drain that ate the paint off his flashlight. I am giving 2 stars because I don't feel the workers we equipped to properly deal with the situation and both days they were about an hour late from the time they told me they would be there.

Ask if the plumber they are sending is licensed. They did many jobs for me, but there was always an issue about why they couldn't do this or that...then I found a new plumber (licensed) ""who can do"". I also had the issue of the Creative plumber not seeming to know how to handle the job efficiently. NICE doesn't cut it, if the job can't get done properly.

My 2 toilets needed to be upgraded with fluid master cup system which Korrie did with ease and in a professional manner. I am content with Creative Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future. This was my very first experience with this company and I am happy to have found them in the yellow pages.

BEWARE!!! Scam company chrgd me 3 times over the going rate to camera and snake my mainline, i.e. $900+ (should not have cost more than $300). The only thing ""creative"" about this company is their billing-pricing practice. There was no owner or supervisor overseeing the job or the workers. The assistant to the main guy who came to my home was a teenage boy. They came 45 min late and took far too long to do the work. A guy named Mark who also seemed pretty young was the one who came quote me for additional work and was also the person who the crew phoned while doing the scheduled job. When I questioned Mark in person about the unreasonableness of the prior bill he immediately launched into an argumentative stance like he's had to take this position many times before. I could tell that Mark himself was monitoring jobs remotely...probably slacking off himself on company time and only monitoring the workers by telephone. When I asked him to credit me a portion of the overbilling against future potential job he ended up not quoting the potential job, i.e they took the money and ""RAN""!!!! This company is really bad and out of control. The workers slacked off and took all morning to camera my line, then they needed to make up for their own inefficiency by over billing the customer.
