I called this morning and got quick, prompt service from Crawford Services to come and check a flashing red light that I learned was a normal signal for the unit. I called at 7am and Jason was here at 10am. The units were new and I was concerned about it. Jason Hice was polite and knowledgeable as he took the time to explain the flashing light was a normal indication "the normal heartbeat of the unit". Thanks Jason and Crawford

We have had multiple plumbers come to our home to fix an outdoor faucet, and each time the fix failed a year or two later, resulting in annoying drips keeping the area wet and mosquito-infested. We turned to Crawford Service this time on a neighbor's recommendation, and we received a visit from their service technician. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent, and he did an excellent job installing another new faucet. Time will tell, of course, whether this fix will have much permanence, but I am optimistic because of the apparent competence of the Crawford technician. The area beneath the faucet remains nicely dry. The fees and charges were very fair and completely reasonable.

I felt ripped off. He was there about an hour, replaced 2 plastic pipes under the sink and charged $500.00. I also inquired about replacing the 2 parts inside the tank on the toilet. He wanted to charge $300.00 for that so I declined. I have not had to have a Plummer in quite a while, so I don't know if this is the standard now. However I will definitely try someone else next time.

We get our AC serviced regularly and buy their yearly membership. It's cheaper that way and I feel better saving money. Service is always great , their staff courteous, and on time. Emmanuel Morales serviced our AC this last time- he was excellent like the others. He came earlier than expected which worked out for us. He explained and told us what he did. Overall, very satisfied with this company.

We have been using Crawford for maintenance since the install of two new units by them some time ago. They come twice a year to check the systems. It is well worth it for preventative maintenance and catching any problems early. All the technicians have been wonderful! We will continue to use them for years. Able was here today and did a great job!

Crawford was assigned by warranty service. They stayed in touch from the start. Lee and Justin arrived on time and assessed the problem. Unfortunately, the warranty service messed up coverage and I had to go to a plan B.
But, I give kudos to Crawford for their prompt response. Lee and Justin were friendly, courteous and answered all my questions and explained my options in terms I could understand.
