We were charged nearly $500.00 to re-charge our system. The charge lasted 30 hours. Upon inspection, we saw a leak that was visible to the eye. We contacted the company and the only offer we could get was $500 off a new system if we purchased from them. They no showed for the 5:30 appointment.

We were referred to Crawford Service by Costco so our expectations were high. They not only met our expectations, they far exceeded them! Our job was set as a priority since the existing unit had completely stopped working. Worse, we had contractors in trying to work on the foundation in a miserably hot house. Crawford Service came out and installed a full system in a single day!!! The technicians were all very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and the stayed until we understood the new control panel.

Two weeks later, our upstairs air conditioner stopped cooling (when it rains it pours!) and we immediately called Crawford Service because we knew they could be trusted. Sure enough, it was only a minor problem and a low-cost repair.

Communication has something to be desired. If you're needing an itemized quote for services, they don't provide those. Prices are higher compared to others.

I recently was in Cosco and stopped by the Lenox sales rep desk on my way out. We are replacing our entire AC/ heater in our home and this rep informs me by being a Cosco member we get a discount. So, I signed up for an estimate. A couple of weeks later, I get a call from a Rick from Crawford Service. He comes to my home and looks over our entire system and tells me he will forward the estimate to our email tomorrow. A week goes by and no estimate. So I call this guy Rick. He apologized and asked me to text him my email to ensure he had it right. He also said the estimate would be sent tonight. So far I have not gotten an estimate. Not sure what the issue is or was but that's ok. AC companies in DFW are a dime a dozen and one of them will get my business but unfortunately it won't be Crawford Service. I live in NRH, not sure why it shows up as San Francisco.

These people are crooks! All three of our toilets had issues, which the service technician "fixed." Just after I paid him, he told me that all three toilets would be flushing a lot slower now and that each one needs to be replaced, though probably not immediately. When I asked why he didn't tell me this before he started the work, he said because each toilet would cost around $800, which is the total of what I paid for repairs, BTW. So, he made a financial decision for me. Let me repeat! A complete stranger decided on my behalf on how I should spend my own money! This also means I wasted $800 on repairs even though I'll have to replace each toilet later.

One week later, one of the "fixed" toilets sprung a leak. I guess it's time to start buying new toilets. What would I ever do if a complete stranger didn't make my financial decisions for me?

Inconsistent and do not follow through on delivery. They are not strong with residential services at all. Disappointing customer service, would recommend that you keep looking.

We had new Lennox heating and air units put in about 7 mos ago. Old units worked fine but looking to lower utility bills. Crawford charged more, supposedly due to installation. What a huge mistake! They can't get it right and Blake does not return calls, doesnt show up. We called a week ago Mon- we have to run the a/c and the temp in the master bedroom runs 86 degrees and up with the thermostat set on 74. Husband has asthma so can't open the windows. I just called the owner. This is pathetic.
The owner had repair people out the following day; they fixed the problem and hopefully all will be well.
