Paul came out was on time courteous smart professional made an adjustment to our system and saved us about $1000 and also did a great job of getting us a no pressure estimate for an upgrade to our services
Another company had come out and recommended up to $6000 in repairs which would've been totally unnecessary. I have used Crandall in the past. They are 100% honest and professional.

Crandall's has been my family's plumber for years, we won't use anyone else! The staff is quick, professional, and they do a great job with every fix.

They always make an effort to come help you, even when they're booked up. Each member of the Crandall's team is great, but we've especially loved working with Cano and Kevin R. We had a scary incident with a gas leak and had to stop other construction until it was resolved, Kevin came right over and fixed the leak immediately. He even stayed late to help get our furnace working again which we really appreciated.

When you work with Crandall's, you know the work will be done right and you don't have to worry!

I was previously given a verbal quote on site for a reverse osmosis installation under my sink. I then called 4 days later to confirm the price, i was told that you could not give a price over the phone, that I needed to make an appointment for someone to come and confirm price. Once on site, your plumber (the same plumber that mentioned quote earlier) pulled out a pre priced sheet (so it could have been given on the phone) and said that the price was twice as much as originally mentioned.

Carlos came out the day we called for a double kitchen sink that was not draining. He was able to very professionally and methodically go through steps to trouble shoot it, explaining to me what he was doing. Very courteous, but even better was his ability to solve the problem quickly.

On another note, be prepared for the $150 service call fee.

We have used Crandall's Plumbing about 4-5 times now for a variety of projects. They are always professional, fair priced and excellent at what they do. They have a good size team so they are available to quickly respond to our requests. Carlos from Crandall's Plumbing just fixed a drain for us and found a leak in our kitchen. Carlos exceeded our expectations and was friendly and professional! Crandall's is our go to!

Crandall's was recommended by Beach Plumbing when they couldn't send someone same day. Out garbage disposal fell to the bottom of the cabinet and water spewed everywhere. Started sopping up the water with every spare towel in the house. Called Crandall's and they did have a person available and came over pretty quickly. Carlos was friendly and helped us get the disposal back in place and secured properly (no damage) and check all connections and make sure no leaks. Just what we needed as neither of us could lift that disposal. Everything worked and was checked before he left and we are very grateful for the prompt and very nice office personal and plumber. Carlos was great.
