A+, After working with Todd and Noel from Crandall's I will never use another plumbing company again...simply the best. Crandall's went above an beyond the call of duty after my Rheem water heater went out. Todd spoke with Rheem on multiple occasions, came to my house three times and called and followed up daily with the status of my water heater. Todd also worked around the clock to get this done, he never complained and came up with great solutions at a reasonable price. This is an honest, fair, hardworking plumbing company.

I have never written a Yelp review before, but the service was so excellent it needed to be mentioned. Just bought a new house, flushed a toilet, and a bathtub across the house filled up with fecal water. GROSS. I filled out their online contact form at 11pm and received a response by 11:15pm. I called them back the next morning at 8:00am, they came at 8:30, and were finished fixing the main sewer line clog by 9:15am. Very reasonably priced, efficient, and concerned. Excellent!

I used Yelp to find a Plumber I could trust. After reading the great reviews on Crandalls Plumbing I called them up to fix my dishwasher drain that was not working. Kano came and did all he could to get it fixed. Too bad it is a problem with the applicance and not the plumbing. He was personalble and professional. Did what he could and charged me a fair price. This is the second time I've used Crandalls and will always use them. They are fair honest and professional. You could not do any better finding a plumber.

We called Crandall's Plumbing.. any company that works with such efficiency and honesty deserves more than a 5 star in my book. We just finished a bathroom remodel a few days ago because of a big water damage from a busted hot water pipe and imagine our heartbreak when we found a new leak on the cold water supply pipe. We called the same plumbing company that fixed the hot water pipe but there was no answer. Thanks to Yelp, we found Crandall's.. We called, they answered and came out a couple of hours later. Kano was our technician and he was right on point with everything. Seeing that our bathroom was a new construction, he did what he can with minimal damage to the wall and after he was done he advised my husband of little things we can do to prevent bigger problems with the plumbing. The cost was literally less than half of what the other plumbing company charged us the first time for the same exact job.

The plumber that came out to do the work arrived a half hour late, which was ok with me. He was friendly and cordial.

Before the job started, I called to make sure that one minor detail which was not on the original estimate, was included, and Sam assured me it would be. I brought it up to the plumber, but he didn't get notice of it, so he had call back to double check, which they did, so I was happy with that.

I showed him the job, and he started getting to work. I immediately noticed his workmanship was quite sloppy. First mishap: after shutting off the water, he failed to drain the lines before cutting the supply line, spilling water everywhere. I gave him some towels to clean it up... but really? Even I know you're supposed to flush the lines first.

Second mistake: he fastened a new tee fitting and it was clearly misaligned. After extending the pipe from the tee it was pushing up against one side, causing the pipeline on the other side to bulge out where drywall was going to be hung. Since I was the one doing the drywall work, I noticed this and brought it up to him as soon as I saw it. He tried to make a case that it was not his fault and it was the problematic design of the walls. He had to phone home, and I talked with Sam, and got his approval to fix it without too much fuss. During this time the plumber argued his case a bit more, but I gave him step by step instruction on how to fix it, and he did, and in the end it all worked out.

This would've been a one star, but because Sam was willing to rectify the mishap I upped it to three. It's closely bordering two stars, because the price should have been better, given the sub-par quality of the work.

Run don't walk away from this plumbing company!!!!!! I called them up because of their YELP reviews. Don't make my same mistake!!! See my story below:

I called them out to investigate the sewer line one one of my rental properties. They said they would come out and try to take a camera into the pipes and snake the line. They came and met my tenant at the property. The technician was there for less than five minutes. Per my tenant, he had to assist the technician because he couldn't figure out where the pipe was. Then he said that the pipe was corroded so he couldn't put the camera down or try to snake the line and he left. Then I receive a $400 invoice for snaking the line and putting a camera down the pipe. I responded and said that I would be willing to pay for a service call, but the technician didn't do anything. I refused to pay the $400 invoice and they threatened to take me to collections. If you are looking for a quality plumber in Orange County look at Orange County Plumbing Inc (see my review of them). I called them in after Crandall tried to extort me and now they take care of all my properties. They are reasonable and don't try to screw you. I don't think any plumber should try to charge $400 for 5 minutes worth of work/lack of work. That is a $2000 hourly rate!!!

Wow, I can finally take a shower without standing in dirty water thanks to Jacob and his assistant Jay. I cannot believe that I did not have to look at the clock and wonder if they were going to be on time. They were early! Jacob not only fixed the problem but he gave me advice on how to not have future problems. I am so happy. I really needed some good luck in this poor economy. Thank you to Crandall's Plumbing but a big shout out to Jacob!

Wow Crandall's is the best. Called and spoke with Sam very nice, great service gave me a quote over the phone. A few days later Kano came out for the repairs. We had some plumbing moved over within a wall. Kano was on time, fast and extremely nice. Really knew what he was doing. I can't say enough about the overall service provided by Crandall's. Please don't hesitate to call and use Crandall's for any of your plumbing needs! You will not be dissapointed. Thanks Guys!
