I live in a condominium and needed to replace my bathtub and the tile walls surrounding it. Craig offered a competitive quote, and I hired him to do the job. He and his team professionally handled every step of the process, from tearing out the old tub and tile to the installation of the new tub and tile (along with new pipes leading up to the shower head). Craig also arranged for the assorted city permits that I needed because of the restrictions set up by my HOA. The process was as painless as a shower renovation can be, and along the way, Craig was able to adapt to a couple of minor unexpected hiccups related to old wall beams and the prior existence of an unlevel ceiling. I got the shower that I wanted for the quote I was given and didn't experience any unnecessary stress. Thanks, Craig!

He never called to confirm/or answered my calls.
He arrive 30 mins late.
He was very rude, condescending, dirty & nasty.

He was so disrespectful, I had to ask him to leave my property.

Craig is honest, dependable and does high quality work. On top of that, he's a great guy. Given the layout of my house, we had a very tricky installation of an outdoor tankless water heater. He advised me along the way and he and his guys completed an absolutely beautiful installation.

A pipe under a concrete slab was broken and had to be changed. Craig found a way around the slab to change the necessary pipes and also saving us money. He's a great communicator. The job was finished in one day, professionally done and he's the nicest plumber we've met since moving to Woodland Hills. Craig is totally 5 stars (thumbs) all the way!!

Well, Craig Korin just left my house after replacing my kitchen faucet and shower fixtures as well as charging me less than the quoted price. I have just met my ""forever"" plumber, and not at all because his price was beyond fair but because he really knows his stuff. He explained to me in terms that I understood, why my old fixtures needed to be replaced and that fixing them instead would be more costly and more time consuming and in a few months would need replacing anyway.

He was thorough, got rid of all the old parts, and cleaned up completely. He was an ""old school"" professional who took pride in his work and it showed.

Not only will I call Craig for any future plumbing issues, but if I ever decide to do any renovations he will be the contractor that I call. Totally trustworthy!!!
