Needed a repair on a shut off valve and had immediate correspondence with Craig and his wife Sharon. They responded in a quick manner and was very informative and Craig was out to my house within an hour of my initial request.

Upon arriving, there were some issues with my plumbing, being old and poor design from when it was either built or replaced years/decades ago. Craig immediately found a work around and explained everything in detail. He went and got the part and was back in no time and finished the repairs in a very timely manner. Stuck to the original quote and the work was immaculate and everything worked to perfection.

I would highly recommend Craig for any job, small or big. He will keep you informed, and explain everything in detail. He will not push any other jobs on you but will explain if there are things that may or may not need to be done in the future. Highly recommend. If you are in the market, give them a call.

Hot water pipe pinhole leak under the house. Craig and his assistant were able to schedule the service call very quickly. Diagnosed and repaired with Schedule L copper pipe, replacing a number of poor repairs made by previous folks. Craig even pointed out that our main line was missing the required pressure relief valve. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we will probably ask him to do that soon.

Responsive, quality, reasonably priced. I will for sure keep his number for future plumbing projects!

Craig is the best there is. I had a washer and dryer installed and the hookups pushed too far out and blocked the door from opening. I went down the yelp rabbit hole calling everyone seeing if they could come asap since I was not able to use the door. Spoke to many different plumbers some didn't even understand what I needed done. I had one come over for an estimate and he tried to charge me some insane amount (over double what Craig charged me). Then I got to Craig, from the minute I spoke to him on the phone I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I had been dealing with contractors for other work, and you can start to tell who knows what they're doing and who is a glorified handyman. Craig is the latter.

He came right over and fixed it right away. I was so impressed with his work and prices I had him come back and swap the old piping in my guest bathroom.

A few days later my sprinkler piping broke (separate from the work he had done) and he came over right away and capped it for me free of charge.

Highly recommend Craig hes the best you're going to get and has very reasonable prices.
