Recommended Customer Reviews

Let me start by saying that Craig is an incredibly kind and caring person who wants to goes out of his way to make sure his customer is happy and taken care of. We are impressed and so pleased with the bathroom remodel he did for us. We had a small budget, and he worked with us to figure out solutions for getting what we wanted/needed in the most cost-effective way. He was great about checking in with us and making sure we were aware of the things he was doing and his timeline. Overall, we could not be happier with the bathroom and all the work Craig did. I would (and did) recommend him to my family and friends.

We recently had a few trees removed and unfortunately the main waterline was hit during the process creating a fantastic Bellagio fountain in the front yard. A neighbour recommended Craig and within 10 minutes he was on our door step ready to help. He worked quickly and efficiently so everyone could continue removing the trees. He could have charged us a very large amount for the emergency service but did not and we will forever be grateful for that. Since then he's done a few smaller jobs around the house such as removing an ancient water softening system and adding a spigot in the back. His work is neat and clean after the job. He's always wearing PPE and respectful of our space. Craig is such a hard worker and one of the nicest people we've met. He is kind, honest and very fair in his pricing. Don't go anywhere else, just hire Craig. You won't regret it!
Thank you!

Craig is wonderful! He did exactly what we asked, within the amount of time he said he would and within the original estimate. The challenge? My husband had a stroke weeks earlier, so we needed a bathroom safe for him to use. Our master bathroom was a scary, gutted 1950's bathroom (no shower, no toilet, no tile... nothing, due to my husband having a stroke before he could finish it). But Craig turned it into something beautiful usable and safe... quickly.
Stressed and under time pressure (my husband was arriving from the hospital soon), I made some phone calls to have estimates. After other contractors gave me estimates, Craig came by to check out my challenge bathroom. My daughter and I loved him. I would have hired him on his kind personality alone. But his estimate was so reasonable, I hired him on the spot.
Craig did much of the work himself and all other contractors (electrical and tile) who came in were as professional and great, so having work done while my husband returned from the hospital to recoup wasn't a problem. All workers were respectful of our time (not coming too early or late) and our situation.
Also, Craig worked with my daughter to design the bathroom just how we wanted. Now we have a beautiful and safe bathroom convenient for my husband, who is now walking there with his cane. We can't thank Craig enough.
Thank you, Craig, for exceeding our expectations and for being such a good and trust-worthy person.

I contacted Craig for a sink/faucet installation that's needed to be completed for months. I am beyond impressed with his work. He was here on time, and worked cleanly and efficiently. There was a little more work involved than initially planned, and Craig completed without any problem. I'd recommend his service to anyone, including my mother!

Sprung a leak on the day after Thanksgiving and Craig came to the rescue. Communication was good throughout and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the work and will be calling Craig next time I need any plumbing work done.

Craig was super nice and professional. He came to install my garbage disposal. Great Job! Very reasonable price! Highly recommended their service!!!

Craig came to do a service for us. The followings are my honest review.
He was:
1- On time
2- Worn a mask & kept social dustance
3- Super nice and polite
4- Work order was already prepared, got an email from their office the night before. No surprises!
5- Efficient work in time manner
6- Price was great. I got 3 other quotes, they were much higher.
I will definitely call them again if I have any problem in the future! Thank you for your great service! :D

Craig and crew were timely, gave great recommendation, worked professionally and safely (especially in our current environment) and also had great recommendations for contractors with expertise outside of his own.

Talk about going above and beyond: I needed an old toilet removed and a new one installed. Craig got to work and realized the new toilet I had purchased was missing the bag of bolts and screws needed to complete the job. ""I guess we're going to Home Depot,"" he said. He could have moved on to his next appointment and left me to figure it out, but instead he spent an extra hour, got the missing parts and finished the job. Thanks Craig!

I had a broken shower arm in the wall that other plumbers told me they couldn't take out during the free estimate inspections on site. The shower arm was broken by half and inch of its thread that was stuck in the drop ear elbow. The other plumbers told me extraction was not possible and my only options were to either break the tiles around it or to cut through the drywall behind the shower into the living room to change the drop ear elbow. Either scenarios would cost me over thousands of plumbing and tile installation or drywall patch/paint job.
Among the licensed plumbers I contacted on Yelp Craig was one of the most responsive ones. I described my issue and the scenarios I was faced with and attached a picture of the broken shower. I was able to get the estimates for each scenario. In comparison to other plumbers' estimates Craig's estimates were lower than most of them. His office staff explanations via chat were detailed and responsive to my situation. They were very accommodating and I got an early appointment still for a free onsite estimate inspection.
He was on time, professional, and friendly. Even though he couldn't extract the thread by his extracor he didn't give up and modified a saw to cut through the broken thread that was stuck in the elbow and after 20 min of working on it he was able to extracted the broken part. There was no elbow replacement, no tiles breaking, nor dry wall cutting/patching. This is exactly what others told me could not be done, one didn't want to touch it, another wanted hundreds to attempt the extracting, and one wanted at least $2000 to go through the wall to replace the ear drop. Long story short I saved thousands in plumbing and he saved me the headache of dealing with and wasting time on tiles or drywall patch/paint jobs. We were high-fiving each other About 45 min after his arrival! He installed a shower arm, and my shower extension and my showerhead. For all that I paid less than all the quotes I got for extraction of the broken piece.
Bottom line, Craig has a positive attitude, he is accommodating, flexible, persistent, honest, creative, and super affordable.
