Absolutely recommend Felix and Craftsman Sewers. He earned 5 stars on all points for our job: responsiveness, professionalism, and cleanliness, which means a lot since they work with sewage! I appreciated how patient Felix was with me since I didn't know much about this topic, and he explained everything and took into consideration the property history we shared with him. His crew were also top notch, and they did a thorough job cleaning up after they finished their main job. So glad we went with them.

Craftsman Sewers is a great company, and we highly recommend them.
We've had sewer drainage issues on and off for several years due to roots, but snaking always cleared the problem in the past and lasted for 1 to 2 years. This year we had to find a new plumber and he said the sewer line may have multiple breaks, after running the snake and camera, and gave us multiple options to fix the issue that ran from $7,000 to $30,000. Something didn't seem right. Also, if we had to fix our sewer line on city property, the plumber needed a special sewer license, which they did not have.
Exasperated, we called Craftsman Sewers for an estimate because they have the required sewer license. They made an appointment for the next day, were on time and when we shared our previous experiences. They said, I won't know the issues until we get a camera into the line.
Within 15 minutes, Craftsman told us there were no breaks in the pipe, there were large roots growing thru the clay joints that need to be hydro-jetted. After two hours of work, our problem was solved.
We highly recommend this company; they diagnosed the problem quickly, eliminated the roots and treated us fairly from beginning to end. All facts, no scary tactics and fair pricing.

We worked with Felix to replace a deteriorated tank and grease interceptor. He was extremely professional, great at communicating with us on timing and helped us every step of the way to make this a smooth process! Highly recommend!

Called and they responded immediately. I thought this was a good sign. So many contractors promise the world, but then don't even do the bare minimum. Made an appointment for them to perform the pumping service the following morning, and they didn't show up. Called, and they said they'd be here before noon, but they were a no show. Called and left a message. No response. Called and left another message. Still no response. This lacks basic courtesy. Most people are pretty understanding if you keep them in the loop. If you're delayed, or there's an issue, then COMMUNICATE that with me, don't leave me hanging. Especially since I had to take off work and rearrange my ENTIRE schedule for the day. All I wanted was a phone call or a text, but they didn't provide either. That's so unprofessional. Completely changed my perception of them. Since I was stuck without plumbing, I had to contact another vendor. These guys turned out to be just another scamming contractor. I do not recommend, and I wonder how they got so many good ratings if they can't even do the mere basics in terms of communicating.

Highly recommend this company! Honest, fair pricing, and highly knowledgeable. If you're having mainline sewer issues, call an expert. Don't trust your line to a plumber without the necessary knowledge to handle it properly. Felix and his crew stayed until I was completely satisfied. What an awesome company!
