Called and they responded immediately. I thought this was a good sign. So many contractors promise the world, but then don't even do the bare minimum. Made an appointment for them to perform the pumping service the following morning, and they didn't show up. Called, and they said they'd be here before noon, but they were a no show. Called and left a message. No response. Called and left another message. Still no response. This lacks basic courtesy. Most people are pretty understanding if you keep them in the loop. If you're delayed, or there's an issue, then COMMUNICATE that with me, don't leave me hanging. Especially since I had to take off work and rearrange my ENTIRE schedule for the day. All I wanted was a phone call or a text, but they didn't provide either. That's so unprofessional. Completely changed my perception of them. Since I was stuck without plumbing, I had to contact another vendor. These guys turned out to be just another scamming contractor. I do not recommend, and I wonder how they got so many good ratings if they can't even do the mere basics in terms of communicating.

Highly recommend this company! Honest, fair pricing, and highly knowledgeable. If you're having mainline sewer issues, call an expert. Don't trust your line to a plumber without the necessary knowledge to handle it properly. Felix and his crew stayed until I was completely satisfied. What an awesome company! I called out 2 plumbers and they didnt seem to be able to fix my plumbing issues, kept wanting to do more research and charge me more money When my friend recommed this service I called and they were available right away and found my issue and finally got my problem fixed. Craftsman is the perfect name for this company. I have now worked with Felix on two separate projects and he takes pride in his work, like a true craftsman. He is honest, reliable, professional and stands behind everything he does. I really wish that all the contractors I have worked with were like Felix. His responsiveness and patience in explaining issues makes you feel at ease and makes what seems like an intiimidating task much more manageable. I could not make a stronger recommendation for him to complete any sewer project you might have.

I thought I might have a sewer link and was panicking. Felix came out and scoped my line in both directions and showed me the status, and luckily no leaks were found. Felix didn't even want to charge me for his time.

I want to first say this is a very professional business. We had a Major Project, our septic was old and too small. We had to replace with a larger tank. Felix went above and beyond to make sure that our tank was properly sourced. He pulled permits from the city and made sure we were in compliance every step of the way. This company also is very responsive. When I called or Texted I got a response. If Felix was at another job he let me know and always followed up (Even in the evenings). During the process I was communicated with each step of the way. So I knew what was going on that day and what to expect the next day. Felix and his crew also cleaned up and left the site better than when they arrived. Thank you so Much Craftsman Sewers!!!!
