We have an older house and before we replaced the toilets, we would constantly need plumbing service. I found CR Plumbing on Yelp about a year ago and have used them every time I have a plumbing issue. I called CR Plumbing and Carlos came out with in the time he stated very reliable. I requested a second opinion from him on a pipe repair at another plumber quoted me on. Turns out Carlos was able to confirm there was no pipe that needed to be repaired everything was working great. Thanks Carlos for your honesty. The other plumbing company just wanted my money. CR Plumbing is the Plumbing company I rely on I will give you the truth. Also they're very affordable. Thanks Carlos for coming out.

No show/no call to fix my regulator. I called the number and spoke with Carlos who apologies and said they would send someone -- he admitted they forgot about my appointment. He offered a 10% discount because they were late. So I waited...And waited...And waited...Tried to call again, got voicemail and left a message....Waited again. Late afternoon rolls around --still no show, no other communication. Sent texts, tried to call again -- nothing. No other word except for when I called and talked to Carlos. CRAPPY COMMUNICATION AND A COMPLETE WASTE IF MY TIME. I noticed the 5 star reviews, and it seems they're great -- IF THEY SHOW UP. One star reviews are all the same -- no show, no call.

So go ahead, take the day off work, and spin the wheel and see if the actually show up to do their job. I took the chance and LOST.

Complete waste of time. Called them Sunday and explained what the problem was and they said they'd be at my house at 8:30 am Monday, no show, no call. I texted to find out ETA he said 1 hour. 1 hour later no show, no call. I had to call. He said had some sort of company van issue and will be there in 30 minutes. At this point, I cancelled the whole thing.

Save yourself the headache and find another plumber who understands that YOUR time is also valuable. Waste of time!!

I have to revise my review for these guys because they were a no show for the last appointment and on top of that, didn't bother to at least give a courtesy call. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. True example of what unprofessional are.

Professional as it gets! Our kitchen sink recently clogged and had water everywhere. Called and Carlos answered immediately. Told Carlos we were time sensitive and he said ""no problem, I'll have someone there within an hour"". Ruben arrived within an hour and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The clog required some troubleshooting, but was able to unclog the sink quickly. Would highly recommend CR Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.

Called C&R. Carols came out the next day, and unclogged our. Gave us a one month warranty. They were also cheaper than anyone else. Definitely will call them back next time we have a pluming problem.
