Carlos, the owner, came out to help us. He was very friendly but also very efficient. His helper, Ruben, was equally friendly. We payed much lower than we would have if we went to some of the bigger companies so this is a great small business to support while still getting professional service. Highly recommend.

So a year later i have a new issue in my kitchen and bathroom [ nothing to do with his previous work ] he came by the next day after i requested his services the prior night. Needless to say, he got straight to the problem I had and fixed immediately and was again honest of his work, showed me my problem and showed me the replacements so I can see the obvious. 1 hour later, vuala, fixed no problems very satisfied customer. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services.

Unbelievable, this guy is willing to provide assistance over the phone, for FREE!!!

I called Carlos asking if he can assist me with my water heater burner not functioning properly. The pilot light is on, but burner does not turn on. He asked me to send him a photo and perhaps assist me over the phone if it wasn't that much of a big problem. I sent him a photo over the phone, and he called me back right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and got my water heater up and running.

Needless to say, if I ever need a plumbing issue, I will not hesitate to call him immediately.

I feel like I owe Carlos a six-pack at least. Thank you, sir!!!

Called Carlos Monday night to repair a leak. Agreed to come between 9-10am on Wednesday. I asked for the morning off from work which was a waste. I called him 3 times 1st no answer 2nd sent to voicemail 3rd no answer. Left message I no longer needed his service and I would go with someone else. I thought we had a gentlemen agreement where we agreed he shows up fixes the problem and I pay him and we all are happy. His treatment of the situation was very unprofessional and I understand when you have your own business an owner feels he can do what he wants but building a strong relationship with your customers is what makes you more money and successful.
