We thought we might have had a slab leak, I was recommended to Cable Pipe & Leak Detection by my plumber so we could find the exact point of the leak.
Steven came out & took a look, he marked where all my pipes are, looked for a leak & turns out we didn't have one. (Yay) He was so kind, friendly, listened to all my concerns, very professional!!! He suggested we get our sewer pipes checked as well. We took his advice & contacted the company again. The same day they sent out Morgan, to scope our sewer. He was just like Steven, kind, friendly, listened to my concerns & very professional.
I'm very appreciative of both of them & the company for helping us out.

CPL is timely, professional, accurate, and reasonably priced. They used advanced methods and equipment to pinpoint my front yard water leak before a single spec of dirt was moved. When the ground was opened it was to the exact location of the leak with just a small hole deep enough to access the pipe. I was able to perform the repair myself. They saved me the inconvenience of not having water for an extended period of time, tons of money, and more importantly tons of time.

Don't waste your time with this company if you have a large property with acreage. We have a 5 acre property and wasted over $1000 just to have CPL tell us they can't find anything because they lose the sound due to the size of our property. First they tell us we have faulty irrigation so we have to fix that before they can do an accurate inspection so we pay them hundreds of dollars. Then we fix the irrigation and they tell us they still can't find it because because their equipment doesn't detect anything but it could be due to the tremendous lengths of the pipes. I can't believe this is what this company does for a living and they don't have the latest technology. My husband and I have given them other business in the past and even referred family for smaller houses with leak issues. With this last experience, it left a really bad impression. I know they don't guarantee they will find a leak but to charge a customer $1000 and provide no answers is just bad business. I also find it very telling that the lady in charge of business customer service only responds to the positive reviews. Very telling......

Everyone at Cable Pipe & Leak detection was very professional, fair and very nice especially Jason and Ozzie who checked my 1/4 mile main water line and found the leak which was buried 6 feet down. Great work guys, thank you !!!

I hired CPL at the recommendation of my plumber after my tenant noticed two discolored spots on the hardwood floors. The CPL tech came to the house and ""performed electronic leak detection ad could not detect any pressurized leaks at this time."" The bill indicates that the tech, upon noticing an area of discoloration in front of the dishwasher, removed the kick plate, ran the dishwasher through a cycle and did not see any leaks or drips. Two days later, the DW didn't work and a repairman was called. He removed the kick plate and showed my tenant where the DW had been leaking for quite some time (photo evidence). I called Cheryl at CPL who told me that CPL only detects slab leaks, not appliance leaks. So why bother with the whole DW check then? My feedback was that if they couldn't detect an obvious appliance leak, then I didn't have much confidence in the validity of the rest of their report. So I'm out $250 and I have no idea if there's a slab leak in the other part of my rental property that I asked CPL to investigate or not. Very disappointed.

Had a leak, called CPL on my neighbor's recommendation. They came out same day - within 2 hours, located and marked the leak, then located the manifold for the line, I opened the wall and technician indicated which line it was.

Called these guys to find a persistent water leak on my property and they did not disappoint. Started with a very courteous and professional lady to make the appointment and then JH came out and marked the spot where he thought the leak was; under a tiled patio. I later jack-hammered through tile and 4"" of concrete and dug down through 3-feet of (wet) dirt and immediately found the leak...he nailed it! Saved me a ton of time...well worth just a few hundred bucks. Thanks guys!!

Don't bother with this company they are highly unprofessional if they can't hire someone to answer their phone properly I wouldn't assume they can do anything else right.

Super easy to schedule. Tech that came out was on time, nice and knowledgable. Altogether a 100% positive experience until 6 months later. I got a call from their office demanding a call back ""by the end of business or else it's going to collections"" That's all fine and dandy if I owed them but I paid on the spot back in January. Calling the office the next day she says ""oh yea theres the American Express payment"" Billing errors happen but the combative and threatening voicemail I could do without.
