Jacob came by yesterday to detect water leak on our property. I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and expertise. On top of all that he was friendly and pleasant to work with! SDGE shut my gas off with no notice because of a detected leak. All they said was that it was inside my house. I paid a plumber to come out and check all the appliance connections inside but none of them were leaking. He told me it must be in the walls and that I would have to run all new gas lines at a cost of appx $25K (and insurance does not cover that!). I researched and found CPL and called them. They got someone out ASAP and they were super thorough. Marked all the gas pipes in my walls (just with easy to remove tape) AND they detected the leak!! They were half the cost of the plumber that did not detect the leak. Chris was the technician and he was super nice and professional. He wore a mask and booties (covid precautions). It was money well-spent and if I ever have any kind of leak to detect again, CPL is my first call! Very honest, very forthright. Wish I could give them more stars!

This company was so very helpful. I had another company come out to find a leak and they couldn't find it. The ladies in the office had me scheduled immediately and CPL came right out and within 15 the leak was found and marked with the depth as well.
I would definitely recommend them . Professional, quick, and have the beast equipment for finding the problem.

We found some hot spots on our living room floor and since we've had several water leaks wanted it inspected. Called CPL and spoke with MaryAnn and she sent Jason out. They gave us a military discount, which I appreciated. Jason arrived on time, wore booties over his shoes and a mask. Thank God no leaks were found! Glad we called because now we've got peace of mind. I think anyone who is thinking of purchasing a home should pay the $250 for leak detection before closing escrow.

We've had to call CPL a couple of times to detect leaks in our rental properties. They have been timely and friendly each time. The manager, Joey, was also responsive and helpful when we asked a leak detector to come back out to confirm the leak detection by taking care of an extra charge for us.
