Jeff was the technician that came out

He arrived on time and he found the problem within 15 minutes.

He provided multiple option. We decided that my 24 year old system was not worth repairing.

Jeff suggested going with a heat pump since I have solar and I'm glad I went for it.

Jeff was is an expert he answered all my questions made it extremely easy in purchasing a new system.

Now I have an energy efficient system and no longer have to use gas to heat my home.

I purchased the AC Tune-up. The service tech, Jeff, was timely and professional. Jeff was also considerate, arriving with shoe covers and wearing a mask, as per my preferrence. I received a good report with images about the condition of my unit and some extra cleaning.

2/7/23. This is my second time using Cozy Home Services. Our heating system went down during the weekend after hours. I was able to get help the following day and received a thorough diagnosis of what was wrong. Cozy Home Services was able to order parts and repair our furnace within a day. Jeff was exceptionally diligent in his work and very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jason is a great owner and takes care of his clients. We hopefully look forward to a solar install with the company in the near future. Great experience as always!

Had a Furnace checkup perform by Juan and he was outstanding over and above. Not only did he explain items by items from the inspection but clean our vents (free) and drain our Water Heater (free) and give tips on maintance and what to look out for. Our experience with Cozy Home Services is a complete nightmare. Incompetent installers and corner cutters. No ""elaborate guarantees"" are honored. Job unfinished and never managed. Every aspect was problematic and incomplete. No permit pulled on the onset of attempted installation. Contract not adhered to and excuses used to cover up errors and unfinished work. Job abandoned. Please let our very unfortunate experience with Cozy Home Services be of service to you. There are many very kind, experienced, professionals in the area who take pride in their many decades of service and customer satisfaction all for you. Save your fortune and make a better choice.

We contacted Cozy Home Services because of the glowing recommendation from a friend of ours. We were not disappointed. They installed several mini-split air conditioning/heating units for us, moved our water heater to the garage and arranged for us to have solar panels installed on our roof.
