We highly recommend Cozy Home Service! We had several estimate for a new HVAC and solar and found Cozy to most thorough, answered all our questions promptly and were very patient and very decent price (Jason is the best!).
The day of the install of the HVAC system all the installer were prompt and profession and worked very hard throughout the day. A big shout out To Aldo, Humberto and Joe for all their expert work!

Next step is the solar and we can't wait!

First of all I can't say enough good about this company and about Kolby in particular. Not only were they very responsive to my initial inquiry, but the install manager came out to fix what was initially a very small problem with a wire that turned into something much larger and not only did he explain the issue in depth but helped to explain my courses of action to move forward with fixing it for good. They apparently run a very professional organization and in addition to their knowledge about the products, they understand what customer service means. If I had the chance to do this all over I would certainly not have used the previous HVAC company to do any work on the system because the previous company not do a root cause analysis of the problem whereas Cozy Home Service did. Will be using them again for sure.

Jason and his team are awesome! Jason came on a Sunday to check out the problem and had us scheduled for Tuesday for install.

Humberto, Joe came to do the install. Was on time, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do. Estimated the job would be done by 330, but got it done sooner than anticipated by 210. Humberto was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Within minutes of the job completion, our home was cool again!

Jeff was our technician - for an AC system not cooling - suspecting a refigerant leak. He was able to quickly asses our system and provide multiple paths forward. Was very clear that some options were not 100% - but from his experience was confident where the trouble would most likely be found.
Quickly able to schedule followup appoint to start approved work - during work was able to find evidense of leak - leading to more conifdense that root issue had been found and corrected. He worked efficiently always explaining what he found and next steps and took care to keep work areas clean. While we beleive he found the root cause and we won't need his services again anytime soon, Jeff will always be welcome back to our home.

A neighbor had their AC go out- and noticed Jeff's truck - Jeff was willing to speak with neighbor and coordinate inspection following completion of work

We were in the final stages of selling our home and an inspection found us an HVAC issue. Our tech Jeff came out and gave us an inspection and broke down the problems. He even caught some other issues I was able to fix myself near our unit. After our inspection , we called to move forward with his recommendations and made our appointment. I ordered Solar,and minisplit heating and air conditioning. Installed within two weeks solar was fast and efficient. The Mitsubishi minisplit was also installed very efficiently. With the crew of Aldo, Gabriel, Derrick and Humberto worked well together and everything is working great in my house

Tankless water heater stopped working. Not an ""emergency emergency"", but an emergency. Put out a request for quote. CHS responded quickly, got a knowledgeable tech out the next day to troubleshoot thoroughly, and kept me informed along the way. He was able to reset the system so we could get some hot water and made arrangements to get replacement parts ordered since our water heater was not operating within specifications (it had been making some weird noises for months), and there was no guarantee that the problem would not occur again. He returned at the first possible opportunity to do a quick installation and we were off and running. I'm not sure how CHS' prices compare, but given the circumstances and the timeliness and quality of work, I was very pleased. I would definitely consider them for future HVAC, Water Heater needs.

Just had my air conditioning completely replaced and I have to say I am very happy. I received a very generous quote from Jason the owner, and he was very accommodating on the scheduling. They took everything from my old unit and hauled it away and good riddance! I can already tell the difference in both noise and efficiency just by the test run. I will be recommending this company to anyone who wants an affordable, pleasant experience.

This is part 1 of our review of Cozy Home Services, as we've contracted with them to do a whole house project, including solar and conversion of our HVAC to a hybrid system. Yesterday, they converted our HVAC system into a hybrid system that uses 80% electricity/20% gas.

The whole process with Jason and Cozy has been very seamless and informative. I actually got to speak with Jason, the owner, so that was something I appreciated. He has answered all of my random text questions as this was one of the biggest investments in our home that we could make. I listened to multiple solar pitches, but I got the best 'gut feeling' from Cozy. On top of that, they were able to do everything as we wanted to future proof our home. He was transparent with pricing and super detailed. I signed the contract on Wednesday and they were at my house to start the HVAC conversion on Monday!

Antonio and Derek did the HVAC install and conversion, and were super nice and respectful. They always communicated with me, taught me how to use the new smart thermostat, and triple checked to make the system was working correctly. We already notice a difference in performance.

Next up is having our attic insulation redone and of course solar, but everything has been great so far!
