Cove plumbing and especially Ms Becky are awesome. Ms Becky did great work and cared that it was done right. And Ms Kaitlyn in the office did a great job as far as getting Ms Becky scheduled when I needed her for my kitchen remodel. Great job ladies!

We needed a new waterline put in to my barn. I couldn't get any of the plumbing companies in the area to so much as come out and do an estimate. Cove plumbing answered and came out. Gave us an estimate that we were very happy with. So, when they came out, and started digging, they found where the line was supposed to go, there was ... nothing. So, they had to go from another area which was a longer linear footage. The owner actually came out to check the work before his employees were done and stayed as they finished up, made sure they cleaned up, and they also did a little extra effort in making the spout area secure, and esthetically nice to look at from any direction. Owner was personable and explained why I should go with what he suggested rather than what I was wanting. Great company and I highly recommend!

I needed a "whole house" shutoff knife valve installed. Their technician showed up on-time with all the materials and tools and got right to work. Within about an hour, he cut the pipes and soldered in the valve and had the area cleaned up. The valve is in a very convenient location in my garage. I recommend that every home owner install one. Will be using Cove plumbing in the future.

I would like to let people of Copperas Cove, Texas know that if they ever need a plumber, Cove Plumbing is a very reputable company. We had a huge issue and they came through in making sure everything was made correct. This company is very honorable and I would recommend to anyone.

I believe in paying for services rendered. Walking in my house and solving a clogged kitchen sink by simply plugging-up the garbage disposal side & flipping the switch to unclog it is NOT worth the $99+ fee this company charged me. In less than 5 minutes he was back in his truck writing up the 'contract,' which took him longer to do than "fix" my sink.
IF I hadn't asked how much it was going to cost as he was walking to the truck I would've assumed there was to be no charge. I immediately called Peggy to ask for a waiver OR at least an adjusted charge. She said she'd call me back after calling him. She didn't, though she said she did. Eventually he walks back to me, hands me his ledger & says "Sign here." Gratefully, it was reduced to $55.41. As he handed me my copy he said "Later." There was a 2nd person with him the whole time who didn't do anything, not even speak. I watched them in the truck before driving away and noticed how they laughed & then looked back towards me as if they were sharing a joke about the service.
Now, I certainly don't expect free service, and I've used Cove Plumbing before. The final charge of $55.41 is fine considering he "got the job done." My problem is what it took for me to have to ask for an adjustment. I support LOCAL businesses & they are, after all, COVE Plumbing. They're less than 2 miles from my house, and they WILL charge you $99 just to walk into your house. Don't expect to have a service-minded approach from this company or their workers. In the midst of this pandemic don't even expect them to wear a mask (or even have one available if asked!). I asked, but he & the other guy seemed to have trouble finding one until I finally told him to forget it. My wife, who is vulnerable & cautious, decided to stay in the back room behind a closed door.
Like another review says, that fee is considered a divorce payment. -a retired teacher

Very good customer service! When my water pipe was leaking they sent someone the same day to turn off the water. I had to wait for repairs because of untimely August rain, but the office checked back with me and sent Jonathan Wilson as soon as the rain stopped. He and Jason made the repair quickly and kept me informed of what the problem was and what they had to do to repair. This is not the first time I have used Cove Plumbing and I am always satisfied with their work and customer service.

I had another great experience with Cove Plumbing this week. Called yesterday and Zack and James were at my rescue first thing this morning. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job! They were also very fast in replacing my garbage disposal, they made no mess, and double checked their work. Cove Plumbing continues to be my "go to" plumbers.

The timing was adequate, there was no work to be done -- but a reputable company that charges for just showing up would have told the caller. This did not happen. Worse was that the company lied about this when asked. Had they explained the charge of just driving to the place would have been 99 dollars we would have certainly called a company that only charges for actual work done and waited the extra day. When the worker left, he said 'no charge' and walked out the door without signing giving a work order.

We paid the bill but will consider it a divorce payment.

It's hard to find a good plumber or other home repair contractor that you can trust and that will provide superior customer service and follow up AFTER the job has been completed. Cove Plumbing stands out among the rest as the best.

Our horse broke a water pipe causing us to shut off all water to our house until it was repaired. Called Cove Plumbing and they came out that same afternoon and had us back in business quickly and affordably.

I have used Cove Plumbing three different times since moving into our house in Cove. The company is easy to work with and very prompt. During our last experience, we noticed water leaking from our garage. They came out and checked our water heater and determined it was no longer serviceable (it was over 20 years old). They gave us a quote, drained and removed the old water heater, and put in a new one from their shop in about 2-3 hours. Not bad considering it was very unexpected and the in-laws were coming in that evening. We will definitely continue to use them!
