We had Cove Plumbing come out and find our septic tank as my girlfriend recently bought a house in Kempner and we didn't know where the tank was. They not only found the tank but cleared a blockage going to it. They were professional, very polite, and knew what they were doing. We would use them again and recommend them for the great service! We called Cove Plumbing needing an emergency repair to our bathtub drain. Jonathan was at our door within 2 hours. In no time, he had corrected the problem, and we had a working tub drain again. He was polite, courteous, prompt, and professional. Also, for being a same day call, the price was very reasonable. They didn't charge extra because we needed them asap. Cove Plumbing is always our first choice for plumbing issues!!

Don't hire this company, EVER!! Charged me over $400(4.5 hours) for work that could have been done in about a hour. They charge by the hour, so took a long time and stalled for time. They charged me for parts that was not needed. They tried to make me think that I needed parts and that they could not find the old sink parts. There was two of them. One guy did absolute nothing but stand around and watch the other one work. I think because I was a female, they figured I was absolute clueless about plumbing. The main thing that I wanted them to do was install my dishwasher after my other contractor had removed it to install cabinets. As soon as he saw the dishwasher space, he said " oh I can't install it because your contractor has to put a board underneath the granite. So guess what? That means he would have to come back to install it. Another $89 a hour AND who knows what else he would find wrong so that he would have to come back.

Techs replaced a water heater in upstairs float on January 12, 2016. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Job was completed in under 45 minutes. Lead tech was Jonathan Wilson. Will use Cove Plumbing again when need arises. Good job!

I was about to do some outside watering in the evening and when I grabbed my hose the housing broke right off and I had a gusher on my hands. I ran and turned off the water at the street and let the household know we would be without water until morning. I gave Cove Plumbing a call first thing in the morning and they said they could send someone right out. Tony arrived and did a quick assessment of the situation and went right to work. He had us up and running within an hour. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to respond to my call. Tony had everything he needed to complete the work immediately which was also great. Very affordable repair at just under $150.

I give one star because the work is complete and Tony did good work.

Now, for the rest of the story.....I asked three times, how much this was going to cost. The most Tony ever gave me was " we're right around three hours right now, and we have to come back tomorrow for the city inspector"
Never mentioned that I'm being charged $85.00 an hr! Total time charged was 4.5 hrs.. Now, let me tell you this, I clocked him in and out. Time charged included the time he had to go back to the shop to get the right wrench! Time charged also included the time he stood waiting for the inspector to show up! Then the time the he and the inspector stood around B.S. ing while watching the meter! Actual time of WORK, about an hour and a half.
He charged $55.00 for parts....he put in 2 foot of black pipe (sells at Lowes for $1.00 a foot! He also put in some rusted fittings, I have the pictures.

DONT CALL THESES PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE A BIG BANK ACCOUNT!

Thad scheduled me on the same day I called in. His crew showed up to clear out a stoppage. They snaked out from the service drain out to the street a few times with a very high powered snake that got the job done. They ran the water from different drains in the house to ensure water was flowing as it should and it was.

Cove Plumbing did a fantastic job and were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Tony and his helper came and fixed a pipe leak and were soo careful not to break the original 1936 stone @ the pipe. They were fast, friendly, efficient and even notified me I had a leak on the city's property line. They were even helpful to the city in fixing the repair! They went above and beyond and I will never call another plumber! Blessings to hard workers. Thanks Cove Plumbing and escecially Tony. BTW~ I live 24 miles away from Cove and they were here in a jiffy!
