My wife and I had an issue with our shower not turning off, causing us to have to turn off the water for the whole house, which as you could imagine is pretty annoying.

We called Courtesy Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us in just a few hours. Their plumber, Anthony, showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and was very communicative during the whole process.

Anthony gave us options on how to fix the problem and was upfront with costs and ways to cut down the price if we needed to. He was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price and now we have a working shower again!

We called Courtesy to rod out a pipe at the laundry drain. After explaining the problem to Ronnie and looking at the pipes in the basement, Ronnie, who was extremely professional and kind, explained that he didn't think the problem was the drain/pipe. He didn't rush out of the house - he explained what he thought we needed, which we greatly appreciated. And the best part - NO CHARGE FOR COMING OUT. Where can you find a plumber that doesn't charge a service charge for coming out? Only Courtesy Plumbing that I know of...
I don't know if it's a family owned business or not -but they sure treated us like family! Our sincere thanks to all.

I don't use Yelp much, but I have to write about this fantastic experience!! So many things I loved about Courtesy Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very quickly and they were able to come the next day. The lady over the phone had brought up cleaning the sink's aerator. I had already done that, but it's appreciated that they would ask because lesser companies might not have brought that up in order to ensure an appointment happens to get a quote in.

Their onsite estimate was absolutely free. ANTHONY was wonderful and we'll definitely ask for him next time we need anything done! He took his shoes off when he came in without being asked which was very respectful of him. He diagnosed our situation and explained it to us very well. He expertly answered all of the questions we had. He even quickly looked into our sink's draining without being asked. The sink's water pressure is much better now. Anthony gave us options of what to do if the problem happens again and have us a strong recommendation on what sink to get if we need to replace the sink.

In general, from start to finish, this company felt very honest and we appreciated that their #1 concern was always to help us.

Our kitchen sink stopped working a couple of days ago and after failing miserably trying to self-diagnose, I went onto Yelp to find a certified plumber to come out. I called Courtesy on yesterday and they were able to promptly get someone scheduled to come out less than 24 hours later (on New Year's Eve). Jason called me when he was 15 minutes away and was prompt, courteous, and professional. The problem ended up being very minor (thankfully). Although he could've charged me a trip charge without hesitation, he did not. Literally, he made my day! I will definitely use Courtesy again and will proudly recommend them to others.

I've seen the trucks all over the area for years, the only thing was I didn't need a plumber at the time. When I needed a plumber I knew who to call. I did read the reviews and it was clear unlike a clogged line to the sewer, to call Courtesy Plumbing. Prompt and professional and very clear on how pricing works, I would not at all hesitate to highly recommend them. I'll need them to come out again and rod and I have confidence in their ability to do the job and do it well.

Anthony Pasderetz installed a 1 piece toilet and ensured it meets handicap-accessible laws, summarized the job with a detailed report, gave me the quoted price with potential for adds in cost of the job was more complex than anticipated (ahead of time) so no surprises, found an issue I would never have caught that would have cost me time and $ in the future ... resolved everything in a short amount of time ... after 3 previous plumbers (excellent by the way) were not able ... maybe not state of the art tools, anyway Courtesy is a DEFINITE recommend)!

Shout out to our plumber Anthony; he did a great job. It only cost us $ 350. Way more affordable than ABC plumbing, which gave us a quote of $ 1350. I would recommend them to anybody will gladly call them again for another project we will be having in the future.
