Our water heater went out and Nick was able to come out the same day and replace it... great service, good price and excellent communication. They also advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer on the possibility of a credit for the old WH. Several weeks later I had a question about the WH and they came right out, answered my questions and didn't charge a service fee. They've been wonderful to work with and are highly recommended.

I had both bath tubs back up in my rental unit in Aurora, IL. I had two plumbers, including Courtest Plumbing, and a drain cleaning company try to rod out the line all to no avail. Mike, with Courtesy, told me they would have to remove the tub and tub surround panels and jack hammer the slab underneath to get at the plugged up line. Mike and his partner were very knowledgeable about the situation, they were courteous, and I decided to go with them because of Courtesy's 40 years experience in the plumbing business. They did exactly as they said they would do and found 40 years of hair plugging the line up. They removed the plugged up galvanized pipe and replaced it with PVC pipe and re-cemented the hole where they excavated in the slab.
They were prompt, they were neat and clean, and they did exactly what had to be done. I will , definitely, use Courtesy plumbing in the future for any of my future plumbing needs.

OMG!! We had an issue with our refrigerator's water line. Water poured out for 24 hours and we were at out wits ends. We called Courtesy Plumbing based on their customers reviews and were given an arrival time.

First of all, Nick, the plumber they sent was punctual and professional. He listened attentively as I described what was going on. Then, like a true professional, he did his own investigation. We shadowed his progress and put us at ease as he identified the source of our water problem.

Nick provided us with an honest and fair quote and quickly started to work. He cleaned up after himself and was quite thorough. I cannot say enough about Nick and am grateful for what he accomplished in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. When our home needs any plumbing repairs, I will certainly ask for Nick.
