We called Labor day night for a clogged toilet and received a call back in 20 minutes. 15 minutes after that, the tech, Dustin, called to say he was 5 minutes out. Dustin solved our problem and left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived, all with a good attitude and a smile. Those other guys with the $99 special said they could get out the next day with an arrival window of 4 hours. While they Courtesy Plumbers will charge overtime for a holiday call (but not evenings or weekends), their excellent fast service is worth the minor additional cost. They are definitely our go-to plumbers for any future work.

I was contacted a few days ago by the owner, Jeff. He asked me what he could do to make it right. He said that they would come out and fix the problem. Inasmuch as I had already employed another plumber to fix the problem, I told him that I didn't have an answer. He then offered to refund me $110. It did take a few days to actually connect with him, but they did what I thought was the right thing. For that, I appreciate the way it was ultimately handled.

The four stars is for their customer service. I called them on a Saturday to have them look over an issue with the water heater. Their technician, Todd, told me it was a problem that could be fixed quite easily with a single part from Home Depot. He saved me at least $100.

It's this kind of service that will make me call them back in the future when I have an issue beyond my control.

im not one to give 5 stars, because I honestly feel 5 star should be given to a business that not only meets the customer's expectation, but goes above and beyond.

I recently bought a new washer and dryer from Pacific Sales. When the delivery guys came (that's another review that I will be posting) First thing he said was He's not able to do the installation, because my the water valves are frozen, too old, another excuse after another, after another..

In conclusion, I had to send my brand new washer and dryer back, due to the horrific service by the delivery guys, along with all of their excuses.

So i call Courtesy Plumber, because of the many positive reviews I saw. I usually dont depend too heavily on the good reviews, but rather focus on bad ones. My thought is, the bad ones are more correct or more of a consistent representation of the experience i might get. Beside, anyone (including the business itself) can write bunch of good reviews for their business. But of course, they're not crazy to write a bad review on themselves.

So I called Courtesy Plumber. Tom came within the promised timeframe. I explained what happened, and he looked at our washer's cold and hot water valves, and said they're a bit old, but nothing is wrong with them. He then tested out the valves, the water (confirming, no leakage) and said they're in perfect working condition and there's no reason it needs to be changed or replaced. Then said if i wanted to change them, he quoted me a price which i felt it was more than reasonable, but he said, they're in perfect working condition, and if it leaks, he showed me how to fix the problem and actually adjusted for me too.

I was pleased to come across a person/business that still believe in honest business, and not lying to get a simple job done for quick cash, when it' was not needed. I gave him a tip which he refused, but I told him, just for his work ethics and showing me how to adjust, (should any problem arises) was good enough for me to offer him a tip and a cold bottle of water on this hot day. He Thanked me and said if i do decide to do the replacement, to ask for him, and he'll deduct the tip i gave him from my cost.

It was nice to know that there are still business' out there that really knows the meaning of honest business.

You can be sure, I'll call on these guys in the future should i need any plumbing work done.

I discovered the hissing sound of a leaky copper pipe under my Dad's house. I shut off the main line and called another highly rated plumber on Yelp after Courtesy couldn't make the same day (kept my appointment with Courtesy just in case.) Two guys showed. The skinnier guy tried, but could not make it though some existing pipe and house support piles to get to the leaky pipe. They told me they would have to cut some existing pipe to make room for skinny guy, fix the leak, then re-pipe what had to be cut. No thanks... so Courtesy arrived the next day on schedule.

Rick from Courtesy arrived and after a few minutes knew he was not going to fit through the crawl space. No problem. He called back to headquarters and a little while later Jason arrived. Jason struggled, but managed to squeeze through to get to the leak. His final cost was about the same as the other company's estimate. I was happy because Jason did the job in about 30 minutes and didn't have to cut any existing pipe.

This was not my first time using Courtesy Plumbers. I am going to go to them first if another problem arises. As another person had commented, its nice dealing with plumbers that speak correct English and who clearly explain what the problem is and how to fix it.

This occured 08/09/13 at 6:30pm.

I had a leaky shower head issue along with a malfunctioning toilet.

I was going to hold off until Monday but the situation was degrading fast. I was quite hesistant to call on a plumbing service that operated at night because they may try to charge more, but this was an emergency.

The plumber that came was MAURICE. He was quite nice and was straightforward in diagnosing what was wrong. He even went so far as to tell me that there would even be no assurance that he could help me due to the severity of the age of my pipes.

Regardless he tried his best and managed to fix my problem and at the same time educate me on what may happen down the line.

The wait time was far longer than I thought since they didn't get to me until 8:30pm. But the end result was no more leaky shower head.

I had a clogged shower drain and called Courtesy Plumbers after searching on yelp for plumbers in San Dimas. I called about 8:30 and they said they could send someone out between 9 and 11. They told me upfront that a shower drain clear was $110.

Dustin showed up about 9:15 and was very friendly. He took a look at the shower and then went out to get the snake and had the shower drain cleared in about 20 minutes. He brought towels to put down and cleaned up after himself. He was out the door by 9:45.

It was a small job but they were prompt and easy to work with. I'll definitely call them again.

Awesome! Before even hiring Courtesy Plumbers, I was ready to give them five stars. Why? Sean, one of the owners, gave me advice on how to solve my problem temporarily before they could come out. (It was a toilet issue.) This was on a Sunday evening to boot! I could have easily taken his sound advice, and hired someone else -- my point is, he gave me the guidance freely. Next day CP showed up, installed the new toilet, with friendly, fast service.

3.5 stars. Did the job we asked for and provided estimates for future jobs that we might need done around the house. Overall efficient.

I made appointment to come out today, and sure enough a guy named Aaron came on time, did his thing and fix the clogged bathtub drain. Aaron was kinda young but was pretty cool guy. Last week I had bad experience with this flakey plumbing company, even though Courtesy Plumbers was charging little bit more than previous company, but you know what I rather pay little more to a company that is more responsible. That being said, thanx Aaron and Courtesy Plumbers!
