I called to request a plumber to unclog my tub drain. I had to leave a message. 10 minutes or so later my call was returned.

I spoke with a very pleasant woman on the phone who set up an appointment for me. The plumber arrived promptly within the time frame I was given.

He got to work right away and finished the job quickly. There was no mess left at all, nice & tidy - job well done!

I will definitely call Courtesy Plumbers next time I need any plumbing issues taken care of, also their prices were very fair.

Had sudden plumbing issues, as plumbing issues tend to arise. Called courtesy plumbing and Jeff came out with a quickness to help assist with the problem. Unfortunately the problem turned out to be a little bigger than expected but Jeff was able to explain the situation and offer the necessary solution to the issue. Would call again.

Edit: Sean, Jeff's brother was also here and they did a great job. I didn't get his name earlier but felt it wouldn't be right to not give credit where credit is do.

We are adding a downstairs laundry in our garage and needed water lines, a gas line, drainage, and a vent. Thomas and Cory did a great job. As a woman homeowner I have been ripped off a few times by workers that do repair on my home so I always get 2 or 3 quotes for a job to make sure I am not getting ripped off again. I have an older home and so there are often repairs I need. The plumbing has been an issue for years, especially the sewer line that runs down to the street. I was getting it rootered out about once a year. Lately more often so I was seeking a long term fix. After emailing back and forth with their courteous Berni she got Jeff and his brother to come out and see what I needed to do. I had already gotten one quote for more permanent fix that was for around $11,000. I showed it to Jeff and he was appalled and said ""plumbers like that give all plumbers a bad name"". And then I found out the previous rooter clean out was not even done correctly - I was ripped off not on price but on the quality of the work. And that plumber had not informed me of some problems with the fix he had proposed. Jeff proposed a different solution that gave me a more permanent fix for $1800. I have now found a reliable and honest plumber that I can trust to take care of my old house's plumbing needs. Thank you Jeff!

I've got an old house with old pipes. I've had three different plumbers in here over the last few months doing various things. The first two guys I wouldn't want back, but I'll definitely be calling Courtesy Plumbers back.

Courtesy came in, got to work, and knocked the problem out quickly. In and out in probably 10 minutes. A few months ago I had another sink clogged and the guy was here for an hour and a half, left a HUGE mess, and even had to borrow tools from me.

I've got some big work required at my property (complete repipe under the house) and I know I can trust Courtesy to do the job right.

I called & a very pleasant lady helped calm me down and assured me help was on the way. They came the same day, on time. Fixed the problem quickly and i was able to move on with my day.
