Had them out to look at a leaking bathroom sink. Showed up on time, had a great attitude and was professional. fixed everything and did a great job. Even diagnosed another problem and showed me how to fix it myself. Cant ask for more than that.

Tony helped me out with a shower faucet leak a couple days ago and they were very accomodating. I called at 7:00 with my problem, a technician returned my call at 8:08 and scheduled to fix my leak between 8-10. Tony came in around 9:19 to fix it. I probably could've tried to fix it on my own if I tried for hours watching a bunch of youtube videos, but I think I got the service and prompt timing was worth the cost. Everyone did seem courteous and I would definitely use them again in the future.

There was a leak in between my unit and my neighbor's and Lou, the plumber sent out from Courtesy Plumbing, was able to quickly determine the cause. Aside from his professionalism in determining the issue, my neighbor was rude and disrespectful to him. She is an elderly woman and appeared to worry she was being taken advantage of (my father who is a soil engineer and I were there and had nothing but confidence in what Lou was doing) and appeared to take it out on Lou. She even briefly withheld payment until one of our other neighbors could come by to confirm what Lou had been saying made sense. Throughout the situation he was respectful, knowledgable and friendly and I will not hesitate to highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues in the future.

I had my property manager book Courtesy Plumbing to replace the garbage disposal in my townhouse. Tony (the owner) was very polite and friendly, he answered all my questions and even took time (after the disposal replacement) to fix one of my toilets (don't ask me details). His expertise was very reassuring and I would recommend Courtesy Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services. Tony was even gracious after I showed up an hour late (miscommunication from the property manager on time frame)! Thanks MUCH!

I purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet to replace my old sink and faucet and, normally, I would have replaced it myself, but I have a broken finger and a lack of patience and I wanted my beautiful new upgrade installed ASAP! I am a bit of a perfectionist and read reviews of plumbers very carefully. I called Courtesy Plumbing after reading many of the great reviews they got here. The sheer volume of good reviews convinced me.

They scheduled me a week out and did a fantastic job. The sink was installed flawlessly and my kitchen was left clean and they even hauled away the old sink and faucet.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the woman who scheduled my appointment didn't make it clear what they were coming out for as I had requested an estimate, not an actual work appointment. Second, she only marked it down as a faucet replacement instead of a complete sink and faucet replacement so the tech was caught a little unaware and that doubled the time (and cost estimate) at $125 an hour, that makes a HUGE difference.

It was a costly job, but well worth it. I am VERY happy with the end result and would recommend them to a friend. I will definitely call them for my next major plumbing upgrade!

I highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing! I contacted them due to issues with a leaky toilet. When I made an appointment, I received a quote & a 2-hour arrival time estimate. Lou arrived on time and was friendly and thorough. He repaired the leaky toilet & also checked the other toilets in my house. He took the time to educate me on things to watch out for, as well as general maintenance. In addition, the service was quick and reasonably priced. I will definitely call Lou @Courtesy Plumbing again & refer others to them.

Courtesy Plumbing definitely lives up to its name. I used several different services in San Diego County before and never have I been impressed...until today. Customer service seems to be important to these people, which is no wonder why they are on top of the Yelp list.

The only downside was they were so booked I did have to wait several days for my appointment...their reviews were so good I took it anyway!

Michael showed up right on time (I even had an option to move my appointment up a half hour since they were running early -- which would have worked for me any other day but today) and he was very pleasant & professional. He took the time to explain things and gave me advice on preventing the same problems from happening again in the future. The price was really great for the work put in. They followed through with everything they said, even the receptionist lady who booked my appointment & called to tell me they're on the way.

I have to install a new faucet soon and I will definitely be calling this place again! Glad I found a reliable service!

I am looking at buying a condo and I called asking them to look at a his and hers sink in the master bathroom and to maybe use their camera to look in a hole that the copper pipe for the tub comes out from just to see if there is any water damage. No more than 30 minutes of work. They quoted me $125 for the inspection and $250 for the camera.

Sounds pretty outrageous to me. I did not feel like they wanted to understand my situation. Seemed like they heard ""camera"" and ""inspection"" and just gave me prices off a list...

Called Courtesy on a Sunday afternoon. The answering service said that a plumber would call me back. Perry called me within a few minutes. I told him the problem and he quoted me a price. He said he could arrive within the hour. Perry showed up on time and unclogged our drains. What a relief!

BTW, I called the other top 5 plumbers on yelp. One had a message saying he was on an all day date. The rest didn't answer or didn't call back!

Okay - here we go. These guys lived up to the 5 stars! I called mid afternoon on Friday, they had someone at the address before the estimated arrival time - Vic was extremely professional and trustworthy which is exactly what you want in a service provider. Best yet, the problem was resolved at a great price! Thanks!
