Two years later and I'm still using Tony and Courtesy Plumbing. Wouldn't use any other. So, this time, my homeowners' insurance refused to renew my policy unless I got a full home inspection of my visible plumbing (based on the incident in 2012 I've described in my prior comment). Tony himself came over on a Saturday morning and walked through the house (putting booties on over his shoes - thank you!) and around it, tightening joints, and letting me know which valves and pipes were old and that I might consider replacing. He took notes and will send me an estimate for that job. In the end, while I was expecting to pay time-and-a-half for his Saturday morning visit, he waived the charge. ""How am I gonna charge you for this?"" It's that kind of honesty, integrity and just plain common business sense that's going to keep him on my speed-dial for any plumbing need I ever have. I can't recommend Tony highly enough.

Be careful. These guys are very nice as reported. Very people friendly. Give a very/more than fair labor cost. Five star!

Challenge is they charge 3X-5X mark-up for materials. This is how they make their $$$. At the end of the day, total cost is 2X+ versus any other plumbing company!

Be careful! Ask/watch about material cost. I asked, they told me they buy from a plumbing supply company, not Home Depot, reason for higher cost. Yes, if you believe, check with the fairy grandmother...

There was a leak in a drain pipe that I tried to track down myself. Due to my limited knowledge I decided to call Courtesy Plumbing on Saturday. I spoke with one of their on call Plumbers and he advised me to try a couple of things to diagnose it and that if it wasn't an emergency I could wait during the week so that I didn't pay 1.5x for weekend work. Monday I called and they had someone come out the next day. They called me 30 mins before they arrived and arrived on time. Abraham was able to identify the leak and fix it. He had to climb into the wall to get access. He not only is a great guy and very professional he explained everything he was doing. I was very impressed with their service and best of all the bill was very reasonable. The leak is now properly fixed and I can sleep better knowing that.

I found this company online and called them for a faucet installation service. On the following day, they sent a plumbing master Jeff came to my home on time, he is very patient, polite and did the excellent job. I will strongly recommend this company to my friends in the future.

Emergency situation with leaking hot water tank and guests coming into town tonight. Phone person was very helpful, got a technician out within a couple hours, technician explained and showed me what the problem was and explained everything as he was fixing it. Super trustworthy and fast. Highly recommend them. Reasonable rates too.

So, as I read everyone else's review, I thought it is impossible to have all 5 stars. No one is that good. Good to know I'm usually right.

Mike came a few weeks ago and was very nice and courteous (as the name implies), but NO follow through! That's what I hate the most about contractors and consultants. He suggested getting a larger water heater for my new and significantly larger bathtub. Hmmm... What about a tankless water heater?

So I had to call THEM to suggest this. Fine. He came back again promptly and again was very nice and said he would write up an estimate.

Where is it? It's been almost a week and a half and no call, no email. In fact, I had to call them and get an update. The receptionist said it's on the desk and she'll email it to me in a few hours. That was 4 days ago!! Maybe they're too good for my money. Maybe they're too busy. Maybe we came out of the recession and I'm the only one who doesn't know.

Needless to say, I'm tired of waiting and I'm giving the work to someone else. (including another potential $10,000 job)

So, as the cliche goes: if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't. There are about 5 other plumbers who want my business.

I needed an estimate, they got back to me to schedule a walk through the very next day.

A+ for them putting on disposable booties when they walked in the house, so they wouldn't dirty up our carpet. They were quick and friendly.

But minus a star because I had to remind them to please send me the estimate and it was a bit pricier than the one we actually went with, but I'll remember them if Im ever in a pinch.
