Following my initial review, Tony, the owner, tried to contact me. Not only did he apologize for the situation that wasn't directly his fault, he also provided me another check to cover what was not covered in the first refund Courtesy issued. We really appreciated the fact that the owner took the time to resolve our issue as well as refund us what we had expected to get back and more. Although it's not ideal to have to write a subpar review on Yelp to get a response, this type of customer service was definitely more than I expected. You can tell that the owner really takes pride in providing good customer service, so for that I changed my rating to 5 stars.

First time user. Very impressed thus far. It was fast, it was easy, and they gave me a discount because it was such a simple job. My shower is fixed, and just in case of any problems, they offered a 30 day guarantee. I'm impressed and will use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

ANOTHER Exceptional experience with Courtesy Plumbing.

My 4+ year old water heater decided to spring a leak on New Years Day.
So I called Courtesy Plumbing but get the answering service. 3 minutes later Joey from Courtesy calls and helps me stop the leak, even though the office is closed.
Joey said someone would call the next morning.

At 8:15a my phone rang, Courtesy called to see if I still needed help. Yep, I explained the issue and was given an estimate, that was much higher than I expected. I hung up to make a few calls to other plumbers...even Sears (not a good experience)

While I was calling around, Tony, the owner of Courtesy Plumbing called me and asked a few more questions. He explained the water heater was likely covered under warranty and asked that I text him a picture of the label on the front of the unit. A few minutes later he called back, told me the warranty was in place and asked if HE could come over and get started right away.

Tony was quick, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. (he even mopped the garage floor!).

I have recommend Courtesy Plumbing to many friends and experiences like this make that a pleasure. Keep up the great work.

I'm definitely a fan. Courtesy was able to fit us in on short notice when a plumbing problem came up in our vacation rental, which was of course occupied! When the problem proved more complicated than we initially thought, Tony M. jumped right in, calling me on the phone to explain in lay terms what the problem was and offering solutions. Not only did he lay out a solution, he met me at the property to supervise its implementation and clean up, and to make sure we were happy. Rarely have I had such good service, prompt, professional and understanding. Fair price, honest service. I like it!

Thanks to Yelp I found these guys. We just moved to a new place and had multiple little plumbing issues. So far we've had two calls. Lou came out and replaced the bibs and valves for the fridge and washer and dryer. Abraham came out and replaced our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and a shower head. Kudos to him to Abraham for trying to make it as cheap for us as possible, especially considering how much money we've had to spend since moving in here.
Both Lou and Abraham were very friendly and professional. When I asked Lou about a whole house water filtration system, he explained how it would all work with our plumbing and let me know that they would install any system, even though they do have a particular system they endorse.
I'll definitely be calling Courtesy first for any plumbing issue in the future!

Rip off and rude! This place is for you if you enjoy paying someone $125 per hour to play a game on their phone. They did a small job for us first, do we didn't get any other bids. When we had a larger job, we got other bids. We were shocked ! They wanted to charge $4000.00 for a job that two other companies bid at 1100.00!! Scary!

Perry was super friendly and got the job done quick! my HOA actually suggested we use this other plumbing agency...and they charged me almost $100 to just get them over here and give me a quote.

I decided to call Courtesy Plumbing instead after reading the phenomenal Yelp reviews. They sent over Perry and he quoted me less than half of what the other plumbing company quoted me. On top of that, he got the job done quick and did an awesome job. He fixed a gas leak in a matter of a couple hours. I'll definitely be using Courtesy Plumbing again. Saved me a ton of money and time. Reliable.

After my previous review. Tony, the owner of the business called me directly. He came out himself personally to look at the cabinet door that got damaged. He was very sincere and apologetic for what happened previously. He removed the cabinet door and fixed it. He also sent one of his ""best guys"" out to fix the problem with our toilet.

They did not charge us anything extra.

I am happy to report that everything has been fixed and is working well. You can tell Tony takes great pride in his business, and I really appreciate his efforts to go above and beyond to fix the problems.

Our kitchen drain had a serious clog affecting the sink & dishwasher. Our first reaction was to consult Yelp. Today (Saturday) we came to understand why Courtesy Plumbing has 5 stars.

Even though the stoppage was far from the kitchen -- near the sidewalk -- their plumber flushed it out with his equipment. What's more, he did all that work efficiently, so the charge was reasonable.
