I am so happy to have found this company.
Everyone at Courtesy Plumbing -- from Christie and Joanne in the office to Sieg, Jason, and Lou in the field -- is terrific. They are all very friendly and absolutely professional, and the plumbers were a pleasure to have in the house. I had scheduled a non-emergency job almost a week out from my call, but they contacted me to let me know the work could be done two days early! I received an estimate for the same job from another well-known company in town, who were going to charge THREE times what Courtesy charged. From now on, if I need plumbing, Courtesy will be the first place I call.

Sig at Courtesy was really great. First off our crawl space is TINY, so I felt bad even sending someone down that way, but he was cool about it. He did a thorough work up of the problem, talked with us about it, and fixed it pretty quick. He's clearly a sharp guy and we felt fully confident in his work. I would recommend these guys 100%.

This company is very professional and quick to respond. I had a few minor issues in my house so I made the appointment. The technician showed up right on time. He was able to resolve all the issues including leaking toilet, messed up pumps and clogged drain in under an hour. If I need anything else in the future they will be my first call.

As a DIYer, I removed tub drain, but couldn't get new one back in (looked easy on Youtube) without fear of stripping. Called CP Friday, got a Thursday appointment, but actually got plumber on Monday AM. Ken was able to get the new tub drain back without issue... made it look easy and with a smile. Was I ever thankful, and I now know a cool trick on putting back tub drain from Ken.

We're taking on my family home and are starting repairs, and had Courtesy out to make estimates for some work we needed to have done, and then had them back to have a regulator put on to lower the pressure in the house, and replace the water shutoff in the garage. Siegfried was quick and efficient and was able to accommodate our schedule. The work was quality, and done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely have him back for our other ongoing plumbing needs

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I wrote them on Yelp and received a phone call within probably 10 minutes. They were very quick to set me up with an appointment with Lou. I was having a water pressure issue and hot water issue at my salon. They gave me a 2 hour time window and Lou arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window (don't we wish everyone did that?!). I wasn't at the salon at the time so we communicated over the phone. He was very communicative with me and told me everything up front...what he thought it could be, worst case and best case scenarios, different prices, etc... I then gave him the OK to do what he needed to do. He called me back when he was finished and gave me another run down and mentioned the price again. He then called me again when he was done. He was so efficient!! I wish I could call him for everything! He took care of what he could but it turns out I need a new water heater. He sent me pictures of exactly what to order. I have him coming back next week to install the new one. The price is totally reasonable and this company is as good as it gets!! Ask for Lou! :)

Great guys! Super prompt and courteous on the phone. Didn't need to wait long to get a plumber in fast. Sieg, our plumber, gave some really good advice for our water heater and best ways to save money. Extremely knowledgeable. He got the job we needed done quickly. Sieg was friendlly, upfront, and honest about prices and the cost of goods for everything. Definitely recommend.
